Andrew returned my call almost immediately after I left a message. They fit us in their schedule for the following morning. Josh was very friendly. He performed the work quickly and cleaned up what little mess there was from the repair. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would recommend and hire them again!

Work is scheduled to be completed this coming Friday. These guys are good. They arrived on time, provided a proper estimate and scheduled when the work would be completed.

I had assumed the door would have to be replaced entirely, and was concerned about cost. Andrew and Josh offered good options for both replacement and (thankfully) repair. they were able to replace all hinges and add a new support spar, work which they completed in roughly 30 minutes, and the door works amazingly well. I believe it will last a long time before full replacement is needed now. I had quotes from two other vendors. only one other offered a repair option, but their strategy for repair was not as good. in general they were not as "slick"as other vendors, but were extremely knowledgeable and prompt and saved me a considerable expense. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

They showed up on-time and offered me several solutions to my broken garage door opener. No pressure on which one to choose. Gave several different alternative costs. They did excellent work.

They were on time and professional. Since it was a very minor repair that took less than five minutes, I was disappointed I was charged a full fee... especially since I have referred other clients. However, the professionalism and interaction was quality.

He called me quickly and explained that it was very likely misaligned sensor and I could easily check/fix it myself. He was right! They could have come out and charged me and I would have never known the simple fix. Very decent and honest company.

They were very good. It was a top of the line garage door. It is really neat. When I step into the garage the lights come on automatically and if I go out and leave the door open it will close automatically by itself in 5 minutes. They came when they said they were going to and they provided what they said they were going to and they finished it up in just a couple of hours. They were two brothers. Their rice was fair for what I got. Another feature is the keypad also give me the temperature in the garage. If there is a power failure it has a battery backup so I will never be locked in the garage because of a power failure

Company was on time and did a fantastic job. They even serviced my other opener while they were there at no charge, also added needed support to both doors . I would definitely use them again for any garage door needs.

It went fabulous. Josh answered my call and was able to set up the appointment for the next morning. Andrew and Josh arrived on time and promptly went to work replacing the spring. They also observed the door needed one more horizontal metal support (I agreed it needed the support after he made me aware of it). Then they readjusted the entire door. Not only on the sides, where the rollers ride, but the motor hight and the worm gear hight as well. The door has never ran smoother. I am very happy. As for the price, I didn't shop around. These guys were local and had good reviews, but I feel the price was good. Especially based on the quality of workmanship, the professionalism, the promptness and the attention detail.

It went well. We had to have the springs replaced and door tuned up. We decided to go ahead and have insulation installed as well. Guys were very nice and great work.

The service was fine. It was good. I have not had an issue with them. I paid them a little bit more because when he got there, he determined that what I was looking for him to do was different, but I was satisfied with the price. I was not put-off by the amount I ended up paying. I think I paid an additional $70 to $80. It works. I have not had any issue with it. My wife was there. I was not there, but she was happy. She did not have any complaints.

Installed 2 garage doors promptly at a very good price I would definitely recommend them to anyone I wouldn't hesitate to use the again.

They were punctual and did their job well. They accommodated an electrical issue I was having with my regular socket so they used a extension chord with another socket and completed the maintenance (without giving any reasons or delaying it). I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They were professional and honest in the way the job was carried out. Provided us with all options on what could currently be done and what we may want to look into. No pressure sales tactics were the best. Will be using them again.

I received a garage door tune up. I didn't know there was such a thing until I saw it on Angie's List. My garage door wasn't closing all the way on the first try. I looked at several YouTube videos trying to fix it myself, without success. The two gentlemen who performed the service were prompt, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. My garage door functions wonderfully now. I'm very pleased and I would recommend this service.

If you could give these folks ten stars, I would give them ten! I bought a coupon through Angie's because my garage door would not open completely. They called me in three minutes after I bought the coupon. They asked when I would like service and since they had two techs in the area...Josh and Andrew, they sent them to my house. From the time I bought the coupon until they arrived was not more than thirty minutes! Andrew and Josh were extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and explained my options and pointed out what was wrong with the door. They gave me an accurate quote and I immediately accepted. They started work right away and forty five minutes later they were completed. They then walked me through everything that they had repaired. This company, without a doubt, was one of the best contractors I have used over the many years I have owned houses. They should be commended for being prompt, professional, and giving incredible customer service.....By the way, the door works better than when the house was new!!!
