They were awesome! Carlos was our foreman on the job and he was wonderful to work with. Jeff was always a phone call away and took care of things immediately. We had no problems at all! The crew was friendly, punctual, and worked very hard. The job they did with scraping the ceilings was very time consuming and labor intensive. Not only did they do an excellent job but they kept a good attitude and respected our home. They did an excellent job on painting the rooms we asked. I had priced out a few different companies for quotes and not only did J Stevens give us a great price they also returned or phone calls in a timely manner. Many companies didn't even return our phone calls. Thank you J Stevens! We will definitely be using them when we need to repaint the exterior of our home as well.

We had some rotted wood in the trim around my front porch and a section of the sofitt at one corner of the porch. Originally, that was all the work we planned to have done. Jeff Stevens came out to our house in Marietta to give us an estimate and in talking with him he said the cost to make the repairs and paint the entire house wasn't much more, so that's what we did. The crew came out to do the work, got right to it and in just a few days they were done. I walked around the house checking to see if everything had been done properly and it was. I had ZERO complaints about the work OR about the clean-up that was done. You honestly wouldn't have known they had been there once they left. I have to admit I was skeptical when I checked out the company on Angie's list... not a single grade below an "A".. but I'm not skeptical anymore. If I need any interior painting done, I will check with J. Stevens again and would recommend them to anyone. And even before the painters left neighbors were walking by commenting how great the job looked.

J Stevens Painting did a fantastic job. My deck looked brand new, the foundation walls were properly preped and the paint job came out great. I only wished I had contacted them earlier. The crew were courteous and professional and went out of their way to address all my concerns.

Working with Jeff from J. Stevens Painting was great! I found the company online after looking for someone to remove our popcorn/plaster ceiling. He was quick to respond, was able to fit us in the schedule a week early, and the end result was fantastic! The guys did such a great job. Our once very 80s patterned ceilings are now smooth and updated. I am very particular and was fully expecting to have to ask them to touch up any spots that weren't perfect, but I couldn't find a single one. Every room was perfectly smooth. I am extremely pleased with how it turned out.

Very well. The workmanship was very good. The team had to work around Mother Nature and her rainstorms. Took some time to complete, but compare the quickie paint job most other companies are doing versus what these guys did - which took more time, you'll visually see the difference. Some of the houses in my S/D are already fading after a few rainstorms. Mine is not.

His team also did some drywall repair and took extra steps to ensure that the repairs were done correctly and seamlessly. I would definitely recommend J. It was pretty good. The painters were very professional.

Overall they did a great job. They did have to come back and touch up a couple areas but came quickly and easily. I do wish I had taken a better look in different lighting, there were a couple more places that could have used a touch up or additional coat of paint. They were great to work with at a very fair price. Would definitely use them again.

Jeff was very easy to work with, and very professional from the time he stepped in the door to give me an estimate, to helping me plan the work in two stages so that I could shift furniture and belongings, to accommodating delays I experienced with other jobs that were progressing in parallel. Best of all, Edwin and his crew did a great job! They are certainly hard workers, and the new ceilings and painted walls look terrific! They even touched up the dark green wall I had previously after the ceiling resurface. I keep wandering around my house enjoying the new colors and paint job. Kudos to them!

This is the second job we've had J.Stevens Painting do. They were very responsive with our request and timeline. We needed this project done asap and they delivered. Jeff had his guys out here on the Thursday and they worked the entire weekend to get our project finished. They were fast and kept things clean as they worked. We will definitely use them again.

The owner was prompt and professional when bidding on the job. His pricing was in line with other estimates we had received. The painters were very neat...taping plastic sheeting on the floors and cleaning up afterwards. I appreciate the care they took with my home. I would definitely use them again.
