J. Ross Creations called me within 90 minutes of my initial request. The representative came for estimate 90 minutes later. Very nice, professional, clean, friendly. Estimate was reasonable and was accepted. Blinds were made and installed within six (6) days. Justin was awesome! I was thrilled with everything. Oh, none of the other "possible" contractors even called me back. I had already accepted J. Ross Creations since they were so prompt, professional & reasonable, so it was not an issue. Still disturbing that the others didn't call.

I have no complaints. I got all that I was expecting and more. I have custom blinds for my sliding glass door and they look absolutely awesome. Next I will be doing my windows.

Never professional. Justin came out on the same day I called for an estimate. He took mesurements and placed my order that very day as well. My blinds were custom made and up in a week.

Justin re-installed 3 interior plantation shutters for me on windows that I had recently replaced. The new window depth and width had changed from the old windows so this was a challenging job. Before Justin was hired, I had a handyman unsuccessfully atttempt to do the installation. Justin quickly appraised the situation and made new custom framing "sticks" in his shop. These had to have a special router cut so the interior trim could hold the shutters properly. Justin was prompt with both appointments, calling me each time so I could leave from work and not lose time. Pricing was fair; don't look for anyone else for shutter installation.
