Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed by both. He was prompt, careful, and thorough. I highly recommend him and J Ross to anyone who needs outdoor shutters replaced. My hinge screws were very rusted and it took extra time for Justin to remove them, he was patient and deliberate in his removal and install. I am very happy with his job performance and the shutters look great.

We had J Ross re-install our blinds after we had new windows installed in our home. The job was done quickly (about 1 hour) and very efficiently. 20 window blinds were re-installed in 1 hour! We highly recommend Justin and will definitely call on him again as the need arises!
