Description of Work: Paul went above and beyond expectations. Although I had to reschedule, Paul was willing and able to work with my change of plans. He arrived on time and completed within the scheduled time frame. The carpet looked great. I would definitely suggest GreenSolution Carpet Cleaning and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for future cleaning services.

Description of Work: This was our fourth time using GreenSolutions. Paul does an excellent job. I like to vacuum thoroughly before he arrives, because he vacuums after the treatment, but the rugs and carpets look & smell great after the cleaning.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List deal to have this company clean the carpet in 4 bedrooms and 1 stairway. I chose this company based on their claims of natural cleaning agents because I have a cat that is extremely allergic to almost ALL types of chemicals. I looked everywhere for this cat before the cleaning began but I could not find him so I assumed he was outside. It turns out he was actually in one of the bedrooms that was cleaned - but he was okay and did not even get sick, which is very surprising and leads me to believe that the products this company uses are safe. The only thing I was not completely satisfied with was the vacuuming. The carpets were soaked in the cleaning solution without vacuuming first, which makes me worry that "mud" may have been created under the carpet because it had been a while since I had vacuumed! After the final vacuuming the carpets looked clean and smelled nice like oranges, but I did find a few clumps of pet hair right after they left. I think this was a great freshening up for the carpets that I would have done again, but I would not consider it a complete and thorough deep clean without having vacuumed the carpets with a high powered vacuum before the wet part of the cleaning took place.
