Greensolution Carpet Cleaning

Cleaning left carpets feeling sticky even when dry. Repeated vacuuming has not entirely taken care of this issue. Definitely would not use this provider again.

Paul was punctual, did a thorough job, considerate and spent a great deal of time doing quality work. I highly recommend him.

We had trouble trying to get the appointment set. The guy called me back and we set the appointment. Because of something that was coming up I had a limited number of days that I had given him that I could do it. I could tell he really wanted to go ahead and do it because I'm sure, until he does it, he doesn't get paid by Angie's List. Anyway, he was supposed to be here one day and then he called. It's not like he didn't keep in touch. He called and said his equipment broke down. He said he could come and do it but it would be later and by later he meant it would have been evening before he would have done it. So I said that didn't work for me. He was here in my house at 7 AM, which was a little early for me. He had scheduling issues. What put me off was, I would have been more than glad to have waited another week until I got the stuff done. But I could tell, he wanted to go ahead and get it done because he doesn't get his money until after he has done it. So, now I was having to work within his schedule and that's not why I purchased the deal. The price was fine. I had pet stains in two of the rooms. One of them, not a lot, the other one, quite a bit. I told them when they called. I said, "I want to let you know upfront that you're going to be doing three bedrooms. There really is not a lot of floor space." If my master bedroom was empty that would have been the only room he would have been doing because the beds take up so much of room. I thought, "I don't want you to come in and tell me I've got to pay you extra for pet stains. You're not having to clean much surface, I'm not expecting you to move any furniture, I'm just expecting you to clean the open areas." Whatever the green solution is, it's just like a damp thing that they put on it. After he puts the stuff on, he vacuums or whatever he does, which I guess pulls some of the moistness out. When he was gone, you could tell where the pet stains had been. It turned out that when I got in there with my vacuum it left a dry stuff. So, most of it came up. But he didn't say, "Now you may see some of these and this is what it's going to do." So, when I first saw them I was like, "This was the pits." I have a little Shih Tzu. Probably six months ago or so she got hold of something and she had diarrhea everywhere in the house and I just about died. It happened on a Friday and I was trying to find somebody that could clean the carpets. So my son went down to PetSmart and rented one from them. They actually have it where they have the solution and all to clean it. When he got done, the carpets looked like new. So I know that you can get the stuff out. So what was on the carpet was where she had peed. I didn't think he communicated very good. In the one bedroom where I still had the stains I ended up going and just getting some Resolve, it's a stuff you use on your carpets and got the rest of the stains out that he didn't get out, really pretty easily. So I thought the quality was just average. I didn't think it was great. He was a nice guy. He can't help that his machine broke down but neither can I. I think he was very professional. He called and tried to keep in touch.

Paul was FABULOUS. He came exactly when he said he would, and he was courteous and professional. My carpet looks and smells great!.

Hey arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call one hour before his arrival.hey perform his duties and a professional manner and when he was done everything smelled claim and look great.

When I first called Greensolution to set up the service, I spoke to Paul who gave great customer service over the phone. He was able to fit me into his workflow for the next day. When he arrived, he immediately set to work and worked hard for the next two and a half hours. I don't think that I could have found a more pleasant and harder working service than I did with Greensolutions. I would happily recommend them to anyone!

The provider showed up promptly at our scheduled appointed. He was friendly and got right to work. He moved the furniture that way in the way, removed stains and cleaned the carpets thoroughly. I am very pleased with the service. The house looked and smelled great.

Paul's cleaning process is somewhat different than what I have had done in the past. To my delight the result was that my carpets looked cleaner and dried faster than with other companies. Paul was prompt, courteous, and very professional. The other companies would try to sell added treatments for the carpets. which is a turnoff for me. It was nice to have Paul perform just the work we originally agreed on. I would definitely use this company in the future.

it was like sprinkling water and cleaning the carpet. Not so happy after spending so much of amount for cleaning. I would have sprinkled myself water. There is no satisfaction in the service after the first week.

Paul called about an hour before he was scheduled to arrive to let me know he was on his way. He arrived 30 minutes early, shampooed three rooms and the hallway. He was very courteous and professional and did a great job. I left for work and recommended him to a client. We are very pleased with the job he did and he will be coming back again to do our main level carpets. I accidentally paid him twice (forgot that I'd paid through Angie's List) and he called me to tell me... so he's honest too! Very refreshing.

Paul did a wonderful job! I have two boys under 4, so there were poop/vomit/juice stains. Paul exceeded my expectations regarding what he could remove. He was friendly, professional & thorough.

Over the years I have used a number of companies who have used a variety of products/systems. This one was the best. He is obviously experienced & cares about doing a quality job. I thought using green products might mean a less thorough cleaning, but I was wrong. On the plus side, the carpets dried quickly and smell great. He's a keeper.

We were so thankful for Paul's prompt response and he did a GREAT job getting the urine smell out; the rest of the rug was not cleaned very thoroughly though, thus the B. I would not, however, hesitate to use his services again b/c the smell is gone, he was on time and on budget, and other providers wanted to take our rug to their shop.

He called to let me know he would be just a few minutes later than scheduled. He did a very thorough cleaning job, and was very pleasant to do business with. I will definitely contact him again for this service, and recommend him to others.

Paul called to confirm our scheduled date and time for him to come clean five carpeted rooms, staircase and the hallway in my home. He showed up on time, calling before hand to say he had another customer he was finishing up with and would be a few minutes late, which is a sign of a good businessman to keep communication open. He had a smile and a handshake when he showed up, and we walked through each room. He was asking me if there were any special areas he should attend to and there was, our studio office had multiple stains which I had tried to get out myself and couldn't. He asked me how much orange scent I would like and I chose mild, and it was perfect. He immediately began his work upstairs all the way to the downstairs, without taking any breaks. He worked efficiently, hard, and non-stop. He finished when he said he would finish, and we walked through to check on the final outcome. It was FABULOUS. Every rooms' carpet had a fully, fluffy, cleaner look; it smelled wonderful; and he got all the stubborn stains out of the studio office carpet! I was amazed and so thrilled. He is a small business man that others should follow in how they conduct their businesses! He is a leader in how you should interact with your customers. At the end, I paid him what was quoted without any sales pitch by him, which was refreshing. He gave me a 20% off for five rooms of carpeting and kept true to his word. He left with a smile and a handshake. I told him I will recommend him to my neighbors and friends in the area. He is honest, trustworthy, reliable, professional, friendly and personable. Since I did not have anyone refer me to a carpet cleaner I was a bit hesitant, but am so happy I chose GreenSolution carpet cleaning. Paul is on my list of call back companies to trust for future jobs. He is not lazy, or unmotivated like so many small business people I have dealt with in the area, so I am so thankful to Paul for being a superb businessman and keeping true to his word.

I called the company and spoke with Paul. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day to clean my carpets. Paul did an outstanding job and left my carpet not only looking great, but smelling wonderfully clean! I will call him again for my other carpeted areas.

Paul and his staff were great. They cleaned base boards, ovens, refrigerators, bathrooms and carpets. They were very diligent, professional , very thorough and extremely friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this company to everybody.

The man from GreenSolution Carpet Cleaning and House Cleaning was very pleasant, nice, came on time, and was fair in price. It was my fault for not asking but I would not use them again because I would want to use a different method of dirt extraction instead of spray and brush method.

Carpet was cleaned to our satisfaction. He was extremely professional and was very punctual.

Paul arrived right on time and got to work. It took about 3 hours and when he was finished, I was frankly amazed. All of the nasty black areas on the carpet were gone and the house smelled great. There were a couple of stains he wasn't able to get up but I didn't expect him to because of the nature of the stains. The important thing was I now don't have to replace the carpet. It is in fine shape for the next renter. He did not try to upcharge me with special services and I paid exactly what he quoted. All in all, a great experience dealing with a true professional.

Paul gave us a price before even seeing the carpets and we scheduled for him to come out on Saturday. He showed up on time and he was even early. The price did not change after seeing the job and no additional charges were given. This is the first time I have used the Citrusolution process of cleaning my carpet. I am used to the old steam wet carpet cleaning process. That process never really smells or looks as good as the Citrusolution Process. The carpet looked so good and the price was very reasonable.
