We had our garage doors replaced a couple of years ago by one of the big box stores and have never been able to get them to function properly even after numerous return trips by the installer. We contacted CSS and utilized their tune up coupon, we are very please with their services. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job on our doors. They got our doors to finally function properly smooth and quiet. Thank You

The install went perfectly. It took him all day, as I had a HUGE order for him to do- Started with the lift springs, and then replaced the lift with something more modern- That was pretty rad, and ended up with Lasers, the home automation kit, and more all cinched up and active. Without hesitation, I'll use them again.

It went really well. He was a very nice guy and very reliable. He was also very informative and very dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.

CSS garage door fixed the garage door at my rental property. I live out of state and they were great with calling me while doing the service. The door had been dented and would not move when trying to open using the opener. Fixed garage door at a minimal cost. Would recommend and use again.

They were able to get out right away and install two new openers for my rental property and they worked with my tenants for access. They were always easy to reach by phone.

I could have gotten it done cheaper and I wouldn't use them again.

It went wonderfully! I am so happy with them and will continue to use them for all of my garage door needs. Both Paul and Darryl were very nice and professional. Darryl did a great job with the install and checked the other springs as well. He even reprogrammed the door openers and the settings in my car. Overall a great experience!

One of our garage doors needed repairs on a Saturday. Even though they were busy, they fit me in at the end of their day since there was a hole large enough for people to get into our garage in our door. They came out and showed us our different options. They let us know of any extras, but we didn't feel like we were being pressured into buying anything. Since the damage was so bad on our original door, they also managed to work us into their schedule much sooner for our replacement. They showed up on time for the replacement appointment and even called us to let us know they were on their way so I would have time to get from work to my house.

Great job from start to finish. I wasn't sure of the type of door I wanted. they took time to discuss the various options. Installation was thorough and professional. And they cleaned up completely. Almost a year later, I am still thrilled with the quality and workmanship of their product.

The deal was fine. I was very happy with their service. I thought they were an excellent company. At that time I was a first time home owner and unfortunately there were a lot of things about my home that both my real estate agent and the inspector that I had saw the reasons that I needed to do. My garage opener did not work, not just the clicker but the opener that I had was completely defected. I had a lot of contractors come to see it and after I had wasted a lot of money I went on Angie?s List and saw CSS Garage Doors so they came out and replaced the opener which was very old and was missing a lot of parts that is why it didn?t work. So what stood out to me about this company was the fact that they were actually the first one who told me the truth and they gave me a lot of resourceful and educational information about the integrity of my garage door and the whole mechanism and not only about the opener. I wanted to replace the garage door however I have a very strict home association board and I am still waiting for them to approval from them to replace the garage door. I paid more than the big deal of $49 because I paid for a couple of extra openers. I bought a garage opener and I also bought a couple of extra clickers because I needed one for my dog?s nanny and one for my cleaning service. They had to come couple of times; there was an initial consultation and then they came for the actual installation. They were very courteous, professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I just really appreciated the service. I referred them to other people and I will definitely hire them again. I think their price is reasonable.

CSS Garage Doors is a local, family owned business that truly cares about their customers, provides professional service and operates with integrity. They came to our home with product samples and took the time to answer all our questions so we could make an educated decision on what best met our needs. Their estimated on the doors was, slightly, better than estimates from other companies for the same product so we ordered the doors and scheduled the installation which couldn't have gone better. I, highly, recommend CSS and will use them again if the need arises.

It went well! It was extremely cold the day he came to replace the door, but the poor guy didn't even complain once. At the last minute I realized some boards that the trim would be attached to were rotten, and he went to a hardware store, got new wood, and replaced them. There was an extra charge, which was fine; I was just happy he was willing and able to do it. The door looks and works great! I would definitel use them again! The only negative thing I have to say is that clean up could've been a little better. I found quite a few nails and some other random stuff left in the garage. Wasn't a big deal - took me about 2 minutes to clean up, but since I have animals and take care of the neighborhood feral cats, nails lying around make me nervous, even if they're in the closed garage. :) In the worker's defense, it was really cloudy and hard to see, so the nails could've easily been overlooked. Again - I'd still use them again and highly recommend them. BTW, I did also like the extra time they took to explain my options to me when they came to give a quote. They also pointed out some work that was done before I moved in that must've been done by a do-it-yourselfer, because it was pretty shoddy. They also didn't try to upsell me, which I appreciated!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. The reason I got a bid from this firm is that about 5 years ago I used an Angies list coupon to get my old doors tuned up. They did such a good job, that I remembered them when it became time to replace my 25 year old doors. I got three bids and they were all within $150 of each other. The reason I chose CSS is that I got much better equipment for my $2100 than the other firms were offering for about the same price. I got a better, thicker door with more insulation and steel on both sides than the other companies were offering. I got better motors 3/4 HP vs 1/2 HP that the other companies proposed. The 3/4 HP motors are so quiet, I can barely hear them operating. It's amazing. CSS performed the works as they said they would. I waited almost a month before writing this review to make sure everything was right, and it is! I highly recommend CSS Garage Doors. They are a fabulous company.

I bought an inspection and lube deal with the knowledge there was something wrong with my garage door opener before I set things up. I purchased the offer on a Sunday and they called me Monday morning and set up an appointment for that afternoon! Talk about quick! The technician was courteous and professional and explained what he thought the problem was (wiring on door sensors) and how much it would cost to repair it. While I was talking to him, I asked how much it was to install an exterior keypad (this was my inquiry, not an up-sell). I told him I would like to get both if the sensor issue wasn't a deeper problem and could be repaired at estimate. He was able to repair the wiring, install the keypad and lube and inspect my squeaky door for $200...that's a good deal. Now my garage door and opener work flawlessly with minimal noise and I have the new keypad for convenience as well. I won't hesitate to use them in the future.

They did a great job I would use them again. He was very through it was more then I expected.

I talked to Paul on the phone and decided to get them to come out and inspect my present situation . Garage dr wouldn't always shut or open properly and was noisy . They showed up on the date and time requested . I talked to the tech and decided to go with a new opener . He started work immediately , installed the opener , programmed my car link to it , and even got an old outside remote key pad that I had working with the new opener . I couldn't be happier . Arrived when scheduled and did a great job explaining things.

This was more than 3 years ago and I don't remember a lot of the details. The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options and offered advice on what I might be happiest with. love my door - looks and works great. Best I can remember price was comparable with other vendors. I know this is not much help - sometimes I don't remember what I did yesterday.

Service went well, the service provider explained me the operation and gave me tips on how to take care of the garage door.
