Description of Work: Replaced garage door rollers and adjusted track. Because of some confusion between myself and my wife, neither of us were home at the appointment time. He was kind enough to call and wait while one of us arrived.

Description of Work: I purchased their Big Deal coupon for a garage door tune up and new door rollers. They were easy to schedule with and came out on time. I specifically had them check the wall button and the outside keypad as we were having issues with those. They performed the tune up and advised me on the status of the springs, door, and motor and gave me some ballpark figures for replacement - but only because I asked! They were very honest in telling me that nothing was in dire need of replacement, and that if we were to replace one part, we didn't necessarily need to replace the whole system. I really appreciated the honest advice and the ballpark figures. I also had them replace our old keypad on this visit because the old one was not usable. Our door is now running quieter and the keypad works as expected. Very happy with their work.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon since it came up in my que for my area. Called to sched. and provider returned my call indicating the co. did not come out to my area. He was very professional and apologetic and offered to assist if my coupon could not be refunded.

Description of Work: We had a $99.00 Angie's List coupon, which was applied to the total repair. We had used CSS for our former residence and were pleased with their performance. After our move, we needed our older system evaluated. CSS's technician Daryl was extremely professional and inspired confidence. We especially liked that both times we used CSS, no unnecessary repairs were suggested. As a repeat customer, we will use CSS for future maintenance.

Description of Work: Paul reset our heavy double garage door, gave it a tune-up, gave it all new wheels, and included a new torsion spring set with the reset. He also adjusted the settings to ensure the garage door wouldn't keep coming down if someone was right under it but not actually activating the garage door eyes. When he was finished, he showed me how to make adjustments on my own and educated me about other components of the garage door's operation. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Description of Work: The spring on our garage door had broken. Checked Angie's list and chose CSS based on reviews. Called on Saturday and we scheduled a Wednesday appointment to accommodate our schedule. Knew that springs for our door were going to be around 300 and that is what they quoted. Paul came out and replaced the springs. Also made sure that everything else was working. He did an excellent job! We will recommend them for any garage door work! We ended up paying $300 minus $35 for the Angie's list coupon for the parts! Thank you Paul and CSS!

Description of Work: Our spring broke on a Friday afternoon and they were able to squeeze us in the next day. Paul was knowledgeable, prompt and very courteous. We ended up having all wearable parts replaced and was pleased with the price. They didn't push the upscale either which was a pleasant surprise. We will be recommending them to family and friends in the future.

Description of Work: garage door opener wasn't working. They arrived on time, were very professional, replaced some parts and had it working again in a short period of time.

Description of Work: Fix or Replacement of Garage that did not close. The Contractor came that night after his scheduled appointments & determined that the cables and spring had broken. He gave me the price to repair as well as a wide price range of replacement doors and got the garage door closed for the night. I decided to replace the 30+ year old double-wide garage door and it was replaced the next day. I very much appreciated the promptness and professionalism.

Description of Work: I had an issue with my garage door, and he was able to fix that issue. He explained what the problem was and what my options were. The only problem was that he was late, but he’s been great to work with overall.

Description of Work: I got 4 garage doors tuned and one motor fixed. To make the appointment it was quite easy and they serviced also very quick. Only down side is that one tuned garage door now doesn't close fully from time to time. Always 1/2 inch open at one side. Probably I should contact them again to get it fixed but just didn't have the time for yet.

Description of Work: The person I spoke with fixed the issue over the phone. One of the sensors was blocked causing the door not the close. I fixed that issue, and the problem is resolved. I know this is a simple issue, but it built goodwill. Thanks CSS!

Description of Work: We used a coupon from Angie’s list for a free inspection of our garage doors and opening mechanism. Jesse, a friendly and knowledgeable young man, came and took me through each component of the garage door system and actually explained how good my garage doors are, probably solid for a few years. He did point out some loose bolts, worn insulation, and imbalance in the way the doors hung. After working for around an hour, tightening, oiling and doing minor repairs, he showed me an invoice for $49 with the entire cost cancelled. There was no mention of paying anything, no attempt to sell me anything, no mention of writing this on Angie’s list, nothing in exchange for this good work. I was so impressed that I had him staple his card to the wall of my garage.
