Bad - they showed up late and wanted to charge an extra $225 dollars to install a modified spring instead of meeting their advertised price. The technician was polite but the service did not meet their advertised price.

Paul was at my home within 30 minutes after my service call request. Did a great job solving multiple problems and offering good solutions that were affordable. Very honest and knowledgeable.

Response was within 20 minutes of my phone call. My garage door and opener were a mess. My quote was excellent. Job was completed in less than an hour, which kept me from cancelling meetings for the day. The repair person was obviously highly competent and very neat (left no mess) and left me with a superior door operation vs before my accident. Did a great job of repairing the garage door.

They came on time, educated us, and performed the work well. This past week came out at no charge to adjust one of our doors that had gotten off alignment a little bit. They came the day after I called and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Great experience overall.

Overall, the person who answered the telephone and answered all of my questions was very helpful and friendly. In addition, the installer showed up on time and, as far as I can tell, did a quality job. He also went above and beyond by tuning my garage door. Much appreciated! However, I gave a B on professionalism for three reasons. 1) Scheduling the appointment was a three step process: call, then text my address, then wait for a call back. Kind of a pain. 2) They charge extra for paying with a credit card. 3) I was told on the telephone that the labor warranty is one-year. Then I was told in person that the labor warranty is 90 days. Ultimately the receipt emailed to me does not indicate any labor warranty at all. I don't mean to imply that these folks are dishonest, but I've been burned before and learned to be skeptical of warranties that aren't expressed in writing.

It went great. Price was one of the best we found. Turn around time was less than a week. Very responsive and prompt. Everyone we worked with was nice and professional. Answered all our questions, gave recommendations when asked, provided upfront information on everything we requested. We were very pleased with their service and love the doors and quiet door openers.

Excellent. I called and they sent someone to the house within a few hours and the repairs were reasonably priced. I will recommend them to my neighbors.

My garage door broke where it attaches to my garage door opener. He offered 3 options to fix it and recommended that I go with the cheapest solution. I went with that and he fixed my garage door by bolting a new brace across the top of my broken garage door and then attaching the garage door to it. This was the best solution at this time. After he did the repair, he also oiled the rollers to make the operation smoother and he reprogrammed one of my garage door openers as well. I was impressed. Then we discussed prices for replacing the garage doors in the future so I had an idea of how much it would cost. When I replace my doors I will definitely use them.

They came, I paid them and it was ok. They came out, offer you the lower price and them try to charge you for a whole new garage door. They did maintenance to the door and recommend that I need a costly replacement and the garage door is working fine to this day.

The provider was wonderful. I called at 2:30 P.M. and he came out at 4:30P.M. He squeezed in our appointment because he didn't want us to have to wait until the New Year for our repair (we would have had to wait about 5 days if he hadn't come out today). The provider was professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem and make the repair at a very reasonable cost. We are very happy with his work.

Bought their garage door inspection promo on Angie's List. Scheduling the appointment was easy. They arrived on time and went over everything with me as they inspected a garage door I was concerned about. They reassured me it was fine, which tells me they're honest and I can trust them if and when I do have a problem in the future. If that day comes, I will be happy to call CSS.
