The young man was prompt, polite and efficient. Replaced roller and lubricated the joints.

The were excellent. They checked the entire system and replaced sprockets of the existing motors for a minimal amount. The motor is in great shape.

Honest and professional folks. Not pushy. Made me aware of my options. Polite, well-spoken and professional. Performed their work neatly. Price was very competative...no negotiation, no hassle. "love" the door and their workmanship. Can't speak highly enough about Paul and Darrell.

They were responsive, timely, really nice guys, did great work, and cleaned up after themselves!

I was extremely happy with the professionalism and work performed. Our garage door operates so much better and still is, even after more than one year.

Technician actually called ahead to tell me he was running late and gave me the choice of what was convenient for me. Diagnosed the problem ... gave me several options and we talked it all through. Stayed until well into the evening to get the job done ... and I love the results!

They were reasonable in price and quick. They seemed to do a good job. I have not been able to view the work yet. I will update the review if necessary.

Let me start by saying that I have had great luck with Angie's List and this is my first unfavorable review of a company that I found here. I contacted Paul from CSS a couple of days ago. I had garage door issues on two different rental properties. I described the issues and told him where the properties were located (not near one another). He seemed to hem and haw about the locations and told me that since it was two jobs he could do it. That should have been my first indication to move on, but since they had good reviews I made an appointment. I told him during this conversation that I found him on Angie's List and inquired about the coupons that they have advertised. He gets to the first house today as agreed, quotes me a price of 240 to fix the door and 580 to replace. As I ponder the options I was not in front of a computer and I asked him about the coupon on line, and he indicated that I could use the one for $35 for parts. I remembered that there was also a coupon for some $ off a total replacement but could not remember how much. When I asked the even more direct question of how much that coupon was worth, he told me that even though they have the $100 coupon off a total door installation, he could not honor that coupon on this job, $35 was the best that he could do. He said that he forgot that I was an Angie's List customer and so the price that he quoted me was the one that he had to go with. Hmmm....my response to him was "So you would have just charged me $100 more on the quote and then taken the $100 coupon off?" Of course that was met with more hemming and hawing, a statement about how he wasn't trying to deceive me, etc. Yes you were. I immediately cancelled the other job as well, and since there is no service quote fee-he ended up with no job instead of two jobs today. I truly believe in letting my satisfaction of dissatisfaction with a company lie in the spending of my consumer dollar, and I chose not to spend money with his company today. This is not good business to make customers first of all feel like a burden because of geography (if its too far, don't take the job)...and second but most important, it is not good business not to honor the marketing tools that you put out on a customer service driven website like Angie's List. As a business woman, it does not make sense to me that you turn down two jobs over a coupon that your company advertised, but I don't own that business so that may be part of their business model. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars today on the repair/replacement of garage doors with this company, but now I will spend it with one of their competitors who I already have an appointment with tomorrow. Be cautious when dealing with this company as the discount that you get may indeed not be a discount at all.

It went well, they were very responsive and informative, and didn't try to hard sell. They showed up when they said they would, and the door installation went well. It's been more than a month, and everything works very well.

Everything went smooth.I got estimate on time. They did an excellent job and were very friendly!

The spring above our solid wood door broke and trapped a car inside. They came out early the next day and replaced the spring and "tuned up" the door. They left the door operating better than before the spring broke! Great service at a good price.

The experience was fine. He showed up on time, he inspected the door, he professionally explained the doors issues, he changed the rollers, and it works without fail. I'm very satisfied!

Called CSS within 5 minutes of my garage spring breaking. Paul came out the next morning right on schedule, quickly and professionally completed the job, gave me an overall assessment of my garage door and suggested the end bearing plates be replaced as well at this time. No pressure, he just described everything in detail and allowed me to make the decision. Paul was very professional and made this experience a wonderful one for me. I feel very confident that I got quality service at a fair price. I will recommend this company to everyone I know who has a garage.

The doors worked very smoothly after the tune up. I was very impressed. And now 8 months later, the doors are still working just like the day he did the repairs. I have recommended CSS to friends and they too have been very happy with them.

I think everything was good. I was happy. They were prompt and they did what they said they would do. They didn’t charge me for anything else or try to upsell me or anything.

They were quick to respond to our inquiry, gave us a quick estimate, and once we had decided on the specific garage doors they had them ordered and installed within 3 days. They were very professional and the doors look and work great.

They came and fix my garage doors. Our overall experience is good and we will use them again in the future.

Since I was having trouble with my overhead doors, I requested their tune up for $99.00 and when I called Paul said he could be out in two days and then called me back saying he would be there the next day and arrive at the time stated.He stated there was a maintaince he could preform that would be helpful since the doors were 17 years old. He was done in a very short length of time. I was very pleased with the work that he performed.If I ever had problems again, I would certainly hire his company again.

I called CSS garage doors on Monday to inquire if they carried a particular brand of garage door openers (lift master jack shaft). I spoke with Paul and he advised that yes, they could install the particular product and gave me an estimate on the cost. He also offered a comparable product that was about half the price of the lift master to think about. Paul then scheduled to have someone come out today and give me an "official" estimate on the two products previously discussed. Daryl, showed up Gave me the two quotes and then once I decided which product I wanted ( I went with the comparable product Paul and Daryl both recommended), installed the two openers. The whole process took approximately 2.5 hours and I am very pleased with the product!! The Linear belt driven garage door openers are so quiet my dogs don't hear me when I come in now! Would definitely recommend this company to a friend or family member!

I've used them in the past and provided an A review. Recently I lost all my garage door openers and called them to come out for replacements. They said they'd be glad to, but it would be much more cost effective for me to go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy my own. The person on the phone said it was simple to program the remotes, but to call if I had any problems or questions. How awesome is that?

He was able to come out fairly quick so he was very responsive.
