Overall the job went very smoothly. The job was completed and the door works.

It was for a garage door opener purchase and installation. The quality of the products they offer are better than the do-it-yourself stores provide.

We had just moved in and the garage doors sounded like they could come off the tracks they were making so much noise. Paul from CSS came out and did a door tune up on 3 doors and changed the rollers on 1 door. He also adjusted 1 door that appeared to have been hit by a car and was slightly off. I was able to use a $99 coupon from Angie's List which covered the tune ups on the doors; the $90 was for the rollers. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived ahead of time, began to work right away, cleaned up behind their work. They knew what they were doing....were out of here in less than an hour. A small dip in the middle of the floor is the only problem they countered. In my book,they deserve an "A".

I called on CSS Garage Door and Windows after contacting two other garage door vendors, neither of whom followed up. Paul answered the phone and was polite and professional. I explained one of my garage door panels was damaged and I was looking to replace it and get the door tuned up. We agreed on a date and time. Pauled called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time, inspected the door and quickly gave me a quote and walked me through the process of getting the replacement and what would be done. Paul was able to give me a date for the repair on the spot. On the day of the repair, I had a change in schedule that prevented me from being there when Paul was to arrive. I called to let him know and he was willing to adjust his schedule to accommodate me. I let him know I was comfortable with him entering the garage when he arrived if I was not there. I gave him instructions on accessing the garage. When I arrived, Paul had already accessed the garage, replaced the panel and was adjusting the door for smooth operation. He finished up and I wrote him a check. This was one of the best vendor experiences I have had in a long time.

After initial call met Daryl at site for an estimate. Several weeks later requested a revised estimate with a high-lift door. Accepted quote and doors were installed as scheduled and in just under a day.The product is great and incredibly quiet for a garage door.

They were a pleasure to do business with. My overall experience with them was excellent.

The estimate was for about $2,500. They were young and energetic; I think they were brothers; it is a small company. I have not decided what I am going to do about the doors yet.

Our son, just learning to drive, bumped the garage door knocking it in just enough to be dangerous. Our hose was built in 1980 and had the original doors so they were custom sized, very heavy wood doors. A rep came out and gave me different options. We selected the option we wanted and they arrived on time, actually a little early, took out the old doors and builtbuilt down the header about 2". They installed 2 insulated doors, weather stripping, and carted off all. The debris. We opted to wait on having openers installed, but would not hesitate to call this company again.

CSS was very professional, very prompt and did a very good job installing the garage doors. They explained the new openers very clearly and provided us with all necessary documentation.

The garage door was too old so it wasn't safe to continue to use it. They replaced it and did a good job for it.

Paul was very professional and courteous on the phone during initial contact. He made an appointment for an estimate that was convenient for both of us. He was on time, and he patiently listened to me try to explain what little I knew about our garage door system. He was thorough in his inspection and took his time to explain the appropriate options for our particular problem. After the consultation he presented me with three written estimates detailing the various options. When my husband and I decided on an option, I called to make an appointment. Paul was in the middle of a job at the time so we decided to touch base at a later time. I was able to send an e-mail through their website to let him know which estimate we chose and when we would be available. I received a response the same day, and he verified to make sure the correct order was placed. On the day of installation, Darrell was prompt, friendly, and professional. My husband and I were in the house getting ready for the day, and we hardly noticed he was working in the garage. He installed a garage door opener and connected it to an already existing garage door, and he removed an old garage door opener and broken garage door and replaced it with a whole new system. At the end of the installation process, he cleaned up very thoroughly, explained to me how the garage controls work, and tested both doors to make sure they work. After payment and receipt were exchanged and just as he was driving off, I noticed that the chain was vibrating too much and making noise when I closed the door so I flagged Darrell before he left he driveway. He came back to make an adjustment and tested it a couple more times just to make sure it was working fine. It's been about a week, and we are enjoying a job well done.

I would definitely use this company again. Paul was very professional, punctual, honest, and knowledgeable. A courtesy phone call was given to let me know when he would arrive at my house. Paul explained the services needed along with safety measures for my garage door. Because I did not need a new roller or remote system, the cost of the service was reduced by fifty dollars.

While backing the car out of a cramped garage we managed to bonk the guiding rail that holds the rollers for a large double wide garage door. This "bonk" caused the lower track to crumple, dislodge some rollers and stress out the tension cable to the point of unwinding it from the roll. Of course this happened over the weekend on a Saturday night, but at least CSS had partial Sunday hours to at least line up a visit on Monday. Paul showed up when he said he would, made repairs to make better than it was before the aforementioned "bonk" and did not try to upsale me for unnecessary services or parts. They are rated highly on Angies list and he said that was important to his company. I'll use them again.

They arrived when promised, completed the work in a very professional manner.

Everything went very well. I knew there was a problem that would cost more than the $49 Big Deal, but didn't realize that I had a non-standard spring and that it would need replacing. The service representative was very professional and explained everything well. He seemed trustworthy and did a good job. After he left the door was so quiet and smooth it was unbelieveable. As a further testament to his work, 7 months later (April 2012), I bought another Big Deal which was $79 for a wireless keypad installation and garage door/opener tuneup with a different company, Georgia Garage Doors. Their technician installed the wireless keypad, which was the main reason I purchased the Big Deal, but when he inspected the door he couldn't find anything else that needed tuning up.

Did an excellent job, quickly responded to my request and was fairly priced.

The service was excellent. The service guy took only one hour to install a new remote on two garage doors and install a safety cable on one of the garage doors. He arrived on time and worked quickly. He did a great job and I would use their company again.

Easy phone call and he came the next day.

The guy that came out to make the presentation was real nice and informative and answered all of out questions. I had to go to Florida and the person that I had here while the door was installed said that everything was wonderful.

I found CSS through Angie's List and called them the morning of the incident. I explained the issue and indicated that this was something I would like to have resolved as soon as possible, as my garage door was non-functional. They were able to squeeze me in at the end of the same day. The technician was great. He provided an estimate within 15 minutes and provided options for repair and replacement. I opted for repair, and he was finished within 90 minutes - at a cost under his estimate. That is true honesty. I would highly recommend this company.

When it comes to garage doors, it doesn't pay to cut corners. CSS recommended new rollers because of their age, and I am glad I had them replaced. If you need to replace a garage door opener, make sure you also thoroughly service the door itself.
