They did a good job, they were on time and they did what they said they were going to do.

The owner, Paul, called me back before I could finish leaving a voice mail, and he scheduled service for the very next day. The technician, Daryl, called ahead, was right on time, professional, courteous and personable. He gave me options, and did an excellent repair. When it is time to replace the door, I will call CSS. We were having issues opening and closing our garage door. I came to Angie's List looking for a vendor and found CSS Garage Doors. I called and the gentleman asked me about my problem and began troubleshooting the issue for me right on the phone. It actually was a very simple fix. We were painting our garage this weekend and paint got onto the lenses which caused the problem. He advised me to clean the lenses; which ultimately fixed the problem. I appreciate him helping me without even having to come to our home. I will certainly use CCS Garage Doors in the very near future. They seem to be a honest company with good values. Serviceman was on time and worked efficiently. He explained what he was doing and recommended some ideas for maintenance between services.

It went beautifully. They were prompt, professional, and quick. When they left, there was no debris left at all. Nice job! I would definitely use them again in the future! Saved me around $800 for the same garage door from another well known company.

Once I placed my initial call, I received a pretty prompt call back. We scheduled the service date. The tech showed up late however, and did not call to report his delay until after the appointment time. My garage door was damaged and the garage had been closed off for over a year, so spiders had taken refuge in the garage with their webs all over. The tech was very professional and cleaned away all the spider webs so that he could get to work. He actually completed the job more quickly than I expected and inspected the 2nd garage door to point out any potential problems and recommend actions that might be required in the future.

Estimate: CSS showed up promptly at scheduled time. They inspected my system and gave me a variety of options from repair to replacement. I knew both my doors and openers were extremely old and opted to have everything replaced. I went with the thick insulated doors and basic chain driven openers. CSS was polite and non-pushy with their options which is a nice change of pace, especially with so many contractors always trying to oversell. Installation: CSS arrived on time for the morning appointment. Installer was extremely professional and courteous. I was surprised that one person could knock out the installation in the amount of time he stated. Overall I was very pleased with everything. The new doors were installed nice and snug and my garage is staying pretty well insulated. It is actually nice to go in there since the temp has dropped.

Service was fine and response was quick. They were unable to make significant improvement to my garage door because of the inferior quality of the opener. Will consider them when it is time to replace.

These guys we're prompt and efficient. The adjusted the door and replaced the rollers. The door is practically silent now. Also, the checked the electronic eye and adjusted it so that it works more reliably. What a great company to have do the work!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and did not think it was very good. The guy was the owner of the company and he did some of the work and stuff, but he did not seem to be that knowledgeable on the systems. I don't think the service was useful. The pricing was fine and I think he was a little late for our appointment.

It went great !! Darrell was on time, clean, very professional and had the job done in no time. It works great. My husband and I are very pleased.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out beautifully. They did a very nice job. The person came out and looked the doors over and took all the measurements and gave me a quote. He showed me the product and told me I had choices. He gave me those choices. I selected what I needed. The workman that came out was very efficient. He told me how long it would probably take him. At the end the doors were in perfectly wonderful shape. They have been wonderful since. He cleaned up and took it all away. They did a very thorough job. I didn't compare their prices.

I wish I had the technicians name. He was punctual, professional and accommodating. In addition to servicing the door and checking the motor, he took the time to help me reset my keypad, gave me some helpful tips about the motor and wall unit.

We purchased one of their deals because we had concerns about one of our garage doors. They were very easy to schedule and arrived exactly when planned. Upon looking at the door they recommended a different service but because the cost was the same, they didn't charge us anything more. About a week later we had an issue with the door (completely unrelated). They came back out and because it was an easy fix, there was again no charge. CSS was fair, responsive and performed quality work and customer service. We will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Provider arrived on time, with full identity info, clean, and professional; Initial trip examined door and hardware; gave me facts re how much more life my door had (very little which was no surprise); showed me booklets with various styles and prices to choose from; order placed, and materials received by him and return installation trip was very timely; stored heavy items along garage wall where work for overhead rollers had to be done was moved by him -- told me NOT to do it; all replaced door and overhead materials and packing picked up and packed for recycling -- he took all; Price very competitive and fair.
