Description of Work: I called several days in advance and made a specific appointment. The estimator never bothered to show up or even call (and I did give them my cell phone number). When I tried to call him, I only got his voice mail. When I tried to call the lady who booked the appointment (at the office, I'm assuming) there was no answer - not even a voice mail.

I would like to apologize to (removed member name) for not making her appointment. This appointment was originally set for 4-28 and we had difficulty with the directions so we moved it to 5-2 a few days later. As for not answering phones we have voicemail and an answering service for when all of our phone lines are lit up. I pay an answering service because I do like when I get a company's voicemail, I'd like a human being to answer my call so I make sure our clients have the same courtesy. Again, my apologies for not making your appointment.

Description of Work: Apex Fence Company installed an aluminum fence around the perimeter of my large backyard. Their pricing was very competitive. Their product is high quality and manufactured in the United States. The product is warrantied and they also have a strong warranty for any areas where they had to modify or join the manufactured fencing. I also, have another section of my yard where they installed the same kind of fencing in 2007. It looks and functions as well today as it did when they installed it.
