Terminix - Byron -Termite & Pest Control

Awful!! Scheduled 1st time service, they never showed up or called! After waiting 2 hours past appointment, I called. However, even though it was a local number I called, it was not the local office. The man I spoke with seemed nice and understanding. He found the "problem". Apparently, someone at the local office rescheduled my appointment for an entirely different day, weeks later! Without calling me to confirm changes!! Needless to say, I was very mad! He understood, said he would send a message over to the local office explaining how upset and disappointed I was as a FIRST time customer, and that I wanted to speak to a manager. Long story short...you guessed it!! I received NO call!! After giving these people my credit card info, scheduling an appointment, waiting for hours....they didn't even have the decency to pick up the phone! Not that I would even use them now anyway! If this is any indication of their service!!

We have been using their services for many years for termite inspections. When we had a problem with fleas, I contacted them for a treatment. The attitude of the salesman was real pushy and unprofessional. When I told him I would treat for the fleas myself, he said that I would need to have a license. He also made a statement that I would just have to live with the fleas. He was real unprofessional and I did not have them do any work.

I have been using them for a long time. I don’t think they are very thorough. My experience with them has been okay. I will be using them until I find another company.

I have been using their services for about twenty years. They have always come on time and even done a lot of extra things for us. They have done a good job.

We have been using them for many years and they have been great! We live on a lake and get a lot of insects. They have done a great job at taking care of the insects as well as not harming the ducks with the chemicals. Once while spraying and inspecting, they found that bats were taking over, living in the windows and dryer vents. They were able to advise me about preventions, traps, and treatments to get rid of them. We only have had one problem which is that they don’t notify me when they come as of recently. That can be a big issue because they are supposed to complete interior work, but if I don’t know they are coming, I can’t be prepared for interior spraying. The technician’s services have always been wonderful. However, the management system has become poor as of this year. They have been fantastic except for this. This has happened the past two times.

We have been using their services for almost seven years. They send an email to let you know when they are coming for the appointment and they knock on the door when they arrive to let you know they are there for the inspection. Harry J Weller was the technician who last came out for the inspection. We have twenty-six bait stations and they monitor each one. They later follow up with an email confirming the work and the service. I have no complaints about their termite services. The technician is great and you couldn’t ask for anyone better.

We have been using their services for at least five years and they have done very well. They come quarterly for the treatment of ants and as needed in between if there are ever any problems. Their prices are reasonable and they are very reliable. They are responsive and I have never had an issue. They always call a couple of days before their scheduled service and leave a tag letting us know they have completed the treatment. They always leave good feedback to what they have done for that day or month.

We have used their services for almost thirty years. They only treat the exterior which seems to have been working fine. They will treat the interior if you are having any problems. They have a computerized phone call that calls to let you know a date within a two hour window for your appointment. We have had the same technician for about five years and he calls each time to confirm as well. He will even will do extra things such as looking for wasps nests as I am allergic. They do a great job.

We have been using their services for about ten years. Each month, they email about a week in advance and then make an automated call a couple days before the appointment to confirm. Everything has turned out fine with them.

We have been using their services for almost fourteen years. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Everything has been great with Terminix.

We used their services for several years for pest control and they did a great job. We have terminated the pest control services and now do the services on our own. They still provide the annual termite inspection for us. Their prices tend to be reasonable compared to others national pest control brands.

Terminix bought the company that we were using and we are using them ever since. They send me a card fixing a date and time for their annual inspection and I call and change the date as I want to be present when they inspect, they show up on the date from the original card and say everything was fine. If I call and say I want them out again when I am here as I’ve changed the date, then they come again on the date, but it’s irritating.

They treated for termites 4 years ago, so now they just do inspections to make sure there is no activity. They have guaranteed that as long as we keep this annual contract, if there is ever a problem in the future, they'll take care of it for no charge. I just wish that they were better about keeping inspection appointments to make sure someone is available to meet them and let them inside.

They were coming out, walking around, and not doing very much. On one occasion, both of my cars were gone. The guy thought we weren’t home but my wife was there. She saw him come into the yard and look around for 5 minutes and billed us for $65.00. Needless to say, we now use a different company who takes great care of us.

They did good. I would recommend someone to Terminix.

.They were very good. They came and drilled down into the foundation and treated it and the garage. and ever since the treatment we've had no problems They were here when they said they would be here and completely the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to everyone.
