Description of Work: Flushed out clogged AC pipe that was causing water to back up into the house. They really went the extra mile! The normal method wasn't working so they tried multiple other options and didn't give up until it was cleared but didn't charge anything over the original cost to do so! They also installed an access point in the house and gave us advice for how to prevent this in the future! Absolutely awesome customer service!

 + -1 moreI call Stuart Pro Air Services to come to my house to check my furnace and AC unit. I was told it needed to be replaced by Electramedics . Stuart Pro Air Services sent Steve to my house the day I called. He spent a lot of time checking the system and told me and only thing wrong with my system of a small drip from a PVC pipe above my furnace. He fixed the leak for $60.00. I will only use this company now to service my heating and air conditioners.
Description of Work: I asked them to come out to get a second opinion on my AC Unit. I was told by Electramedics that the system needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: I had spring HVAC check-up. The technician checked all parts of the system including pressures, drains, temperatures etc. The company has a complete list of all system checks so it is easy to see what they do.

 + -1 moreEverthing went great! I was so pleased with the fast service. The gentleman I talked to on the phone knew his stuff and the technician(Jason) was great about calling and telling me when he would be here and then arrived ontime. These guys are truly Pros!
Description of Work: Stuart Pro Air put the HVAC system into our home when it was built 6 1/2 years ago and we have never had a problem until last July a power surge burned out the compressor in one of our outdoor units. I Called the guys Stuart and after they did a little research they found out that the part was still under warranty. They ordered the part and when it came in they (Jason) came right out and had the air going within just a few hours. I signed a service contract with him before he left. We have not had a blip since then.

 + 0 moreIt's an amazing company and they were really good. The guy that helped us, his name was Antonia. He was a really great guy. I even told him to leave me a stack of their business card for everybody I know. The thing I would recommend about them is their service. I will pay more money for good service. I train for service and living; so that's a best thing for me. It was definitely good customer service. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. It was a real pleasure. They actually came in with really good bid. I will be calling them to change my air filter.
Description of Work: Stuart Pro Air Services replaced air conditioning and heater for us during July of last year. They also did our duct work. We have been using them for last 9 years.

 + -1 moreIt seemed like they could never fix the problem, so they were constantly making service calls. The initial workmanship of the installation was poorly done during the construction stage, which is why so many service calls were needed.
Description of Work: They were the mechanical contractor for our builder. On their last visit, they did a routine service call to our heating/ac unit.

 + -1 moreThey were originally recommended by the builder. They were good, so, I continued with them. They are also very flexible about the appointments and come only when I am at home. The A/C technician is very thorough and explains what he is going to do.
Description of Work: I use them for my heating and air conditioning needs. They do the seasonal tuning and service twice a year for the unit.

 + -1 moreThey do a good job and I am very happy with them. They have answered all of my questions and kept my equipment running well for several years. They are knowledgeable and the price is reasonable. They are always on time and work well with whatever we request.
Description of Work: We have a yearly maintenance contract with them. They come three times a year and check to make sure everything is working properly with the heating and air conditioning units in our 2300 square foot home.
