Greg was punctual for his free quote appointment in early May. He knocked it out perfectly in a day. He is very professional, and we felt safe leaving for work while he did the project with occasional check ins by cellphone to ensure he was putting lights exactly where we wanted them. Excellent thorough clean up. Our house looks so much better and brighter and sophisticated. Very highly recommend Socket Doctors.

Very professional, and I will be hiring them again. Brad took the time to explain the issues that he found in a straightforward manner. I found his approach to the work both methodical and focused.

The lights were flickering and there were sparks as well. The breakers were eroded and had worn down. He was very personal and professional. He took our concerns seriously, when a previous electrician just shrugged off our questions about the flickering lights. He was thorough and relabeled all the breakers. I would recommend him.

It was great! He contacted me right away once I bought the deal and came within a few days. He arrived on time and ready to work. He needed some additional parts and he had all of them on his truck.

More than 5 worn out sockets were replaced and a few outlets were upgraded to GFCI outlets both outside and inside the house. The electrical panel was re-wired correctly and 2 smoke detectors were installed in the house. I have used Socket Doctors again to install Security Lighting around the premises!

Called Socket Doctors because chandelier was not working. They came in and quickly solved our breaker problem. They were honest and did not try to oversell.

The A-plus experience began when a live person answered my call and said that a repair person would come out between 3 and 6. I truly appreciated the specific time frame (rather than having to waste an entire day waiting for someone). Greg and Kevin arrived a few minutes after 3. The largest part of the service, in my opinion, was diagnosing the cause of the outage. They tested all the outlets and checked the breaker box and somehow discovered the faulty wiring within one outlet. Greg completely replaced the outlet and they cleaned up and the lights were back on. They were knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and clean. And they applied my coupon from Angie's List. They will definitely be the first electrical company I call whenever I have a problem.

Setting up the appointment was very easy and they were able to go out the next day. I am a landlord and they made it very convenient for me to take care of everything online. The technician was professional and polite and explained the necessary repair and cost. He then emailed the invoice to me and I was able to pay online. I also received a payment confirmation email and an email to provide feedback online. I love how easy this was.

It was great. The big deal price was $75. There were additional charges because we replaced the light fixture and the light bulbs. I think it was another $50-$60 for the light fixture itself and the replacement light bulbs. It's not a fancy fixture. The deal wasn’t going to buy me a new light also. So I was prepared for that; it was okay. He was very efficient. He got it done quickly, and it works like a charm. So it was great.

Never had I encountered a company that went above and beyond and could have simply scheduled an appt and charged me. I will certainly use them in the Spring to to hang ceiling fans and do some other electrical work because of their honesty, intergrity, and high ethical standards. Thanks Again!

I was extremely impressed with this company.

It did cost me more than the Big Deal price when he came. It was okay and he did the light that I wanted. He came out on the day we had set up. It was a quick response time. The light is working great and there have been no problems since then. I didn't like that he charged me $150 extra which was a lot of money that I wasn't expecting. Overall, he was very professional and did what he had to do.

I ended up not using my purchase. Life got crazy.

I guess it was okay. It was fine so I would rate them well. They were really responsive. Assessed all my needs. I had a variety of electric questions.

Excellent response and result. Greg was on time, courteous, professional and knows everything about ceiling fans. They were also the least expensive of four licensed electricians that I called. WILL use them in the future for electrical needs.

The provider was on time, had the adequate amount of help, was fast and professional. I had used them previously to check out an electrical problem and was very happy then too.

They came out when they were supposed to. When I called, they said they would be out between 8 and 9. Then they called and said 9 or 10. They were nice enough. They did good work. It was just that I felt like they were actually in a hurry. They told me that there were some things that they couldn't check and it was up to the electric company.

It didn't go well because they tried to fix the problem more than twice but it didn't work.We eventually gave upon them. we ended up selling the house.

He was very punctual and he came on time when we scheduled. Then while we had him here we enquired some other services to get a pricing for what those would be if we hired the company to come back and do those other things we were looking at. The pricing seemed pretty extreme, so we liked it not to have them come back and do the things we were thinking of. The deal purchased through Angie's List was excellent, but I would not go with any other services, because the pricing seemed high. He came out and did what we asked him to do, but I wouldn't go back to the company again. The pricing of the deal was fine. He was thorough and he didn't try to oversell me, and that was nice. He explained what was wrong with the outlet, which was all very nice, but he definitely seemed pretty disinterested in the job. He might have just been having a bad day.
