Mr. Sloggy called before arrival to alert me and make sure someone was home and arrived early for the job. He was neat, clean, polite, courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. He surveyed the conditions and locations and promptly went to work locating the existing gas line in the crawl space and the termination point in the kitchen and taking measurements so as to effect the most efficient installation. His work was superb and exact and flawless and performed to my complete satisfaction. It is difficult to find plumbers who are willing to work on gas lines anymore, let alone work on gas lines in crawl spaces, but Mr. Sloggy had the knowledge and expertise to handle the problem and his work ethic and pricing makes him one of a kind. 10 year old water heater developed a slow leak. I had estimates from 4 different plumbers. Brian Sloggy was the only one who called the manufacturer of the old heater to see if it was still under warranty and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The warranty had expired and he returned 2 days later and did the job. The price for the install and the new heater was exactly what the estimate stated. No extra costs for any "found problems" during install. It took him about 3 hours and he cleaned up real good afterwards.

Mr. Sloggy is an experienced Plummer and it shows in his work.. He had previously replaced our Water Pressure Regulator when we were noticing vibration in our pipes and fluctuating water pressure. Another Plummer had told us that we did not have a pressure regulator. Mr Sloggy came out, found the faulty pressure regulator right away and replaced it. We liked his professionalism and promptness. He replaced our water heater recently and we were very pleased with the quality of his work again. I would highly recommend him, and would definitely use his services again.

Brian called to let us know he was on his way. He had given us an approximate estimate over the phone. Once he was here, we showed him everything that needed to be done and he provided us with a written estimate that did not deviate from the original phone call. Brian immediately went to work. This man is incredible! He is very professional, hard working and honest. Best of all, we felt very comfortable with him in our home. We have toilets that work, a shower that does not leak, and hot water in a downstairs bathroom.. Best of all, we don't have to search for another plumber! Thank you Brian Sloggy!

Provider delivered on all items purchased through Angie's list. He also educated me on the water heater, life span and what to look for as it ages. He made sure I new where my shut off valve is and checked the water pressure. I was impressed that he took the time to offer information in addition to answering my questions. The customer service provided inspired me to ask about replacing the garbage disposal that had a leak at the bottom of the unit so I already knew that it can't be fixed. He was able to install the replacement immediately. I am very happy with Sloggy Plumbing and recommend this service provider to others.

Brian Sloggy was prompt and professional. He was very thorough. I believe he made me aware of every issue. I was given an extremely detailed list of issues and suggestions upon completion of the inspection. I walked through as he performed the inspection. Brian explained each thing to me and the potential problems I'd be facing if they weren't corrected. He helped me determine levels of priority on work. I recently purchased a home and can only afford to do things little by little. I feel like his prices were honest and reasonable. He offered me small discounts on grouping minor repairs. I had almost half of them done immediately following my inspection because he had the lunch hour free. I think he may have skipped lunch to get these things done on the same day which I greatly appreciated. I find this kind of dedication to his profession highly respectable. His willingness to negotiate small discounts and patience in explaining causes of current problems and prevention of problems in the future was excellent. I never felt in anyway that he was trying to charge for anything I didn't need done or hike the price up because I'm a woman with limited knowledge in plumbing. He gained a repeat customer by performing a thorough inspection and exhibiting honesty and dedication in his field while displaying commendable professionalism.

My had them do something to the toilet and he charged us additional money for that.

Called Brian that Monday as we had water under and around the hot water heater. He came right out that day with a new heater to install. First he put in the new expansion tank as required. As he was starting to remove the old tank he discovered that the water was coming from a hard-to-see A/C condensation line behind the tank and not a leaky water heater. I was thankful for his honesty. The repair of the condensation line cost me a lot less that a new water heater!

Brian arrived exactly when he said he would, gave a fair estimate of what the work would entail and cost and performed it quickly. He was even able to come out the day after I called him, so I was very pleased with the quickness of getting my shower back in working order. He was very friendly and professional and did quality work. When I have a need for a plumber again, he'll be the first I'll call. And even my dog who doesn't normally warm up to people quickly liked him.

He verified that I had a leak in my crawlspace so he got me a new Lo-Boy water heater. He went under the house to remove the old hot water heater. He was very meticulous. He installed the new one and had it running in about 2 hours. Brian is a very nice gentleman. He is an excellent plumber. He works very hard and I will continue using him. In my opinion, he has an attitude for commitment of excellence.

Found and replaced leaking pipe in ceiling. Replaced malfunctioning part in toilet. Cleaned up worked areas. Good job all around.

He was very polite, professional. His price for the work that he did was more than resonable when compared to his competitors. He did job as if he were doing it for HIS OWN house. I felt respected. I was extremely satisfied with his excellent work and his friendly manner. I would use his service again in the future and recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing service. I called four plumbers to obtain a price for a new water heater. Each gave me a base price and three provided the cost for several normal add on costs that may be needed. One plumber had more ratings so I initially went with that provider. However, when the plumber came out the add on costs were more than twice as high as Sloggy. I thankfully switched to Sloggy and he came promptly and his total cost was exactly what he had estimated. He did san excellent job. I will always use him now.

To date I have no problems with all that was repaired. My only concern was I thought the overall cost was too expensive. However this will not deter me from using him in the future.

I can't say enough positive things about Brian. He was very punctual, knowlegeable, and trustworthy. His pricing was extremely competitive as well. Highly recommend! We will be using him for all plumbing needs going forward

The deal was a water heater drain and full house plumbing inspection. However, because of the age of the heater and having a plastic drain valve Brian thought it best not to drain. So I only got the plumbing inspection out of the deal. Brian then offered a $50 discount on future work.

I didn't get the deal. What happened was when I went ahead and gave the payment to the Angie's List representative I called the provider and he said that he could not replace it for what I paid because I had a different kind of hot water heater. It was true because when I told the representative that it had some kind of thermostat at the top she said it didn't say anything about it and maybe that it was okay. I took the suggestion from her. I didn't contact him first and I went ahead on the Angie's representative word. I charged it on my debit card and then when I called him he said he couldn't honor it, but he did replace it. It was very, very reasonable, but it was for $1,800. He said I needed to call Angie's List to get a refund. I was okay with that until I called Angie's List back and they said the refund would be 7-10 days. That kind of upsetted me a little bit because I used my debit card and I needed that money to pay for him. I went ahead, took it from another account, wrote him a check and he replaced it. He was a very nice man. I was very pleased with him. He did contact me on Monday to tell me that Angie's List had sent him a check for my $875, so he in turn made a personal check of his own and mailed it to me. I got it and I have deposited it. He came out the same day I purchased the deal. He came out and stayed almost five hours and it was in the dark, but he came out and replaced it. He is a very nice man and I would use him again. I would recommend him. He is wonderful. It's running perfect. I got other estimates and they were just ridiculous. Everything was perfect.

My hot water heater started leaking badly Friday night, at 9:30! It was a very stressful situation to have to deal with at the hour. I got on Angie's List and tried to find the cost of replacing the water heater and a reliable service provider. I found a deal from Sloggy Plumbing and gave him a call Saturday morning. I was expecting to have to wait until Monday to have the work done. Brian answered the phone and was generous enough to offer to come out that same day to get the job done. He came promptly at 4:00 and left a little after 7:00. Brian Sloggy is a very professional master plumber. He knows his business, and was very personable. If the world had more professional like Brian in it, we would all be a lot better off. He allowed me to ask copious questions, and didn't seemed to be annoyed in the least that I had to "involve myself" in the procedure. He has a great work ethic, which is something I admire. He cleaned up and left me a very happy and satisfied customer. Now I don't have to spend my Easter day with any anxiety about the hot water heater. I highly recommend Mr. Sloggy. :-)

Extremely well! Brian provided next day service at the least expensive price. He was professional, expedient and very patient when I interrupted him here and there with questions. He went over everything that was done and warranty details thoroughly before he left.

Brian was very professional, called back immediately, came out the next day, did the job quickly, then we also had him look at an outside faucet, for which he told us two scenarios and priced the project, performed the additional work and then checked our water heater for us. We will use him again soon to install a new water heater.
