Mr. Sloggy and his assistant were courteous and professional They finished their work and after they had left the hall bath started leaking again. I contacted them. They came back the next day, put in new parts and all is well. Very honorable. We are pleased and would recommend them.

Brian provided a realistic estimate before he started. Once he discovered the problem was not as extensive as we both thought, he billed us just for the necessary work. Brian finished the job, left a clean work site and we are totally satisfied with the results.

I simply requested a quote a week ago to have a toilet replaced and never heard back from Sloggy Plumbing. Very disappointing considering the excellent reviews this company had and that they had received the Angies Super Service Award.

Brian is a prompt professional. I was very comfortable with his obvious knowledge. I had actually scheduled another company first, but when they didn't show because I didn't answer the phone before the tech came, even though I confirmed the appointment 2 days earlier, i wasn't happy. I waited all day for them to arrive and because I was working in my front yard and didn't answer when the tech called to say he was on his way, he didn't show. By the time I came in, got the message, it was too late. Also it would be nearly another week before they could make it out. As an afterthought, they did me a favor. I called Brian. When we talked, we confirmed a time and he showed up when he said he would. Brian installed two Kohler toilets that I had purchased at Lowe's. Brian informed me of a small crack in one of the flanges that could lead to a future issue if it wasn't repaired at the time of installation. I told him that if he would do it in his own house, do it in mine. As a result, we added the new flange on top to the 2 toilet installations which he did the same day with material he had on his work truck. Overall, two toilets, one flange, and he took away the old toilets. Great guy. Well done. It's nice dealing directly with the owner.

Mr. Sloggy did an excellent job replacing our kitchen disposal along with our guest bath faucets. He arrived on time and was able to install all of it with no problems. He had to make a slight adjustment to the existing tub plumbing so everything would fit properly and was very thorough in making sure everything was installed to our satisfaction. We would definitely hire him again for any future plumbing needs. The cost of service was for mostly labor as we supplied the disposal and faucets.

Very well. Minor toilet rebuild and cleared drain. Brian is always courteous, attentive and never leaves a clean up chore. Arrived slightly before schedule.

All the work went well. Brian was easy to reach, helpful, responsive, prompt and professional. TWe have used him before (in 2014) and will contact him again as needed.

He responded same day, came out 2 days later to look at it, he showed us what was going on, and repaired it same day. He was very professional and provided great service.

Needed a water heater flush and inspection on a 6 year old water heater that had never been serviced. I bought a deal on Angie's List for $69 for Sloggy Plumbing. Brian came out and led me through the entire inspection, thoroughly explaining to me everything that he inspected which was the water heater, and pressure at the sinks, checked for leaks and water pressure throughout house. He was very helpful and I would heartily recommend.

Brian the Gerber Slayer! Two more Gerber toilets recently went into attack mode and started running constantly despite my poor attempts to get them to stop. Brian fearlessly bested a third Gerber toilet earlier this year so I knew who I had to call. As before, they were no match for Brian's skillful and thorough approach. Problem-free toileting has resumed in our household thanks to Brian and all three Gerber toilets are quietly compliant now. Brian is clearly the man when it comes to unruly toilets. His professional, reliable skills are greatly appreciated! He even went a step further and checked my water pressure to make sure that wasn't a contributing factor. Thanks again, Brian!

Brian Sloggy was great to work with, on time and very professional. We will call him for any future plumbing needs. Cost is much better overall than Mr. Plumber who did several previous jobs for us.

Brian Sloggy came to the rescue and made quick work of the job as he replaced the mechanism that was causing the problem. Additionally he examined my other toilets and listened patiently as I described the odd sounds they make when being flushed. (Just like at the car mechanic, they worked fine and made me look foolish). Thanks for humoring me, though, Brian. ;-) If I'm bested again by my toilet, I'll be calling Brian!

We were expecting the worse but Brian Sloggy found the problem which proved to require a minor repair. It often seems people write a review if their service experience is either incredible or awful. However, this review of Sloggy Plumbing is not the result of a one-time experience. We have hired Brian Sloggy no less than five times and every single event was as pleasant as it can be…given we had to call a plumber. When one calls Sloggy Plumbing, they deal with the man whose name in ‘on the door’…Brian Sloggy. Brian has proven time and time again to be an amazing professional, most pleasant, honest, humble, hard-working and provides great value. We know when we call Sloggy Pluming we will get the truth and as a result, are always confident in the final result. We cannot say enough good things about Brian and his business and recommend him without reservation.

Brian's simple suggestion saved me oer $365 in a service call and replacement of a new disposal. My money life has been a little hard lately, taking much more than I'm earning. I appreciate his friendly attitude and helpful suggestions to save me even more hardship this month. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and honest plumber in the northern Atlanta metro area. Made the appointment Wednesday morning... Brian promised to come Thursday afternoon... arrived at 3:10, diagnosed the problem with the (17 yr old) Insinkerator, made the repair-- instead of selling and installing a new unit , which saved us hundreds of dollars --- and was done by 3:30. Used a $30 coupon for first-time customers on his website. Think we've finally found our go-to plumber.
