Description of Work: I had the plumber clean out my wash machine drain. It had been backing up and leaking under the machine. He had to go under the house to drill it out. He complained a lot and In the end, charged me $155 more dollars to do it.

Description of Work: Replaced broken water pipe inot the yard.

Description of Work: Overall, a good to excellent experience. Plumber found that I had incorrectly specified the type of hot water heater needed, but quickly found the correct model in my neighborhood at a wholesale distributor, picked it up, and installed it. He then followed me to another location where I needed a faucet fixed, and quickly solved the problem. Cleaned up behind himself in both locations. Prices were reasonable.

Description of Work: I am very concerned that he changed out something that may not have needed to be done and recommended a service I am not sure I needed.If it was something we needed then ALLGOOD which Angie list rates well had acted wrongly I was also concerned about the price. after they left, I wish I had just gotten the special from Angie list and waited on the other, so I could compare prices. I experienced a lot of push to go ahead and later wished I had not. This makes me Leary of getting other Angie offers as i do not want that to ever happen again

Description of Work: Replaced a mechanism on dual flusg toilet. Checked for leaks in house and condition of other toilets.

Description of Work: Mr. Sloggy was very nice, polite, professional, easy to talk to and came out very quickly to check all three toilets in a rental I own, as well as try to figure out why water pressure was so low and leak under kitchen sink. All went well. Only negative was the charge -I thought it slightly high.

Description of Work: The timing of this Deal could not have been better. I was pleased to see that Sloggy Plumbing had an A rating on Angie's List and left a message requesting an appointment as soon as possible. Brian contacted me immediately and said he could come the very next day. He arrived promptly at our requested time, even though it meant that he wouldn't get home until well after 8pm. We had a critical situation with our gray water drain line which he quickly set about correcting. As this Deal was for a complete assessment of plumbing needs, both critical and future, Brian carefully checked the entire house, including basement. In addition to the problem we knew we had, he showed us areas which required immediate attention and those which were showing signs of deterioration which we would need to address in the near future. |He took the time to educate us on the proper management of our septic system, which was a mystery to my wife and me as we had been lifetime city dwellers before moving to this house. We were both extremely impressed with Brian's conservative approach and his patience with our seemingly endless questions, as well as his having EVERYTHING he needed to perform any job right outside in his truck. We feel confident that we have found our "plumber for life" and will no longer dread making a call for service.

He also took the time to point out various components of my system and how it works. He performed his services quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: This service was a "Big Deal" for $150.00 of plumbing services for $69.00. It consisted of installing a new bathroom faucet. The plumber accomplished the work quickly and professionally. We were very pleased with his work and would use his company again. A very worthwhile "Big Deal"!

Description of Work: plumbing inspection on home we had just purchased. Mr. Sloggy was prompt, friendly and very professional. He honored the coupon without any problem. I still have other work that needs to be done and feel confident he would do a good job. My only hesitation is his costs. They are high compared to other quotes I've received.
