Description of Work: To flush out the water heater. However, the included home inspection revealed that some additional repair work was necessary. I agreed to the additional work as "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." All work performed was done in a professional manner. He is a personable gentleman upon whom I would call again.

Description of Work: Change leaking angle valve and lead - ok. |Changed the fill valve in toilet, we're supposed to change all interior (flush valve also). used his supplies, so I did not realize this until he was gone. |Replaced garbage disposal, OK job. |All in all too expensive for job provided. He was a plumber, so I understand pricing. My mistake was not to use handyman instead for this kind of jobs. Plumbers are for more serious plumbing jobs. Overage for supplies was huge, I should have insisted using my supplies I had. |

Description of Work: Brian installed a hose bibb on our house back wall via an Angie List "special". Also ask him to look at a rocking upstairs toilet. He checked it out, gave us some shims to fix it (an easy fix) and did not charge us. Though small tasks, we could tell he is proficient and honest. We absolutely will call him when we have plumbing needs.
