Due to area weather problems, this visit had to be rescheduled a couple of times. Mr. Sloggy was very good about calling to let me know when he could schedule my service. He arrived promptly, was very careful, professional, and thorough. I was extremely pleased with his work.

Everything went fine, he was able to unclog the drain.

Brian was extremely professional, both on the phone prior to his scheduled appointment and at my house. He arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call when he was approaching my neighborhood. Not knowing how to evaluate a water heater, I was appreciative that there was no undue pressure to replace my existing water heater at this time. I know the time will come but it may still have a couple of years left in it. The quote he had given me prior to our appointment was in line with prices I had googled in the Greater Atlanta Area. Moslty I was impressed because he came out expecting to replace my water heater given what I had told him on the phone and there was no pressure to replace the water heater when we agreed to see if the flushing would take care of the immediate water issue.There had been some broken water lines in the neigborhood which could have contributed to sediment in the tank. As most plumbers may charge up to $60 just for the service call in ADDITION to the actual work performed, I was pleased to have such professionalism for Angies Big Deal .I will use Brian at Soggy Plumbers service again!

When I contacted the provider (Brian Sloggy), he said wording of deal wasn't quite right. $19.99 was trip charge and then quoted double what my brother (who is a licensed plumbing contractor in another state) said maximum cost should be for service requested. That's without taking into account the $19.95.

I bought the "Big Deal" for $19.99 thinking that would actually get me service. What it got me was them coming to my house. When I explained that I had misunderstood the deal, Brian Sloggy was completely understanding. He listened to what I had wanted done, and gave me a price and a guarantee. Since I was caught off guard by the whole thing, I declined service at that time, but based on his professionalism, punctuality and apparent knowledge, I will certainly call Sloggy Plumbing the next time I need plumbing service.

Brian arrived right on time. He was extremely courteous, pleasant and professional. He even took his shoes off to avoid getting our carpet wet or dirty on this snowy day. Once he realized what the issues were, he quoted me an extremely fair deal to have them resolved. He went to work right away and with great efficiency, took care of the problem! I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely use him the in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

After I purchased Angie's List coupon, Mr. Sloggy contacted me right away. We arranged a service date, which was the following day. He phoned 30 minutes prior to his arrival and was here at expected time. In addition to a leaky shower head, I have been having problems with my water heater. He looked at the water heater and explained the problem and what I needed and didn't need to do. He did not try to pressure me to fix it right away or tell me scary stories of what would happen if I did not repair it soon, he actually demonstrated how I should work the water heater until I had the repair completed. The wording on the coupon from Angies' list made it appear that the work would be completed for $ 19.99, which was not so. The $19.99 was suppose to cover the service charged, but Brian Sloggy honored the coupon, and did not charge an addition fee for his service. He offered to wave any charges without any arguing from me. He just offered it! It is very important to me to trust the person who is providing a service. I trust Mr. Sloggy and when I am ready I will definitely use Sloggy Plumbing to replace my water heater.

Brian worked me into his busy schedule on my off day, which was great. I saw his big deal for a toilet tune-up and inspection for $39. He fixed one of my toilets quickly. Then he wrote out an estimate for new toilets in other places of my home and also a new water heater. Thank you for the great customer service and professionalism.

He called the same day I sent him an email, and that was on a Sunday. Very impressive. We needed it done as soon as possible because we had to turn our water off until it was fixed. He came the following day after hours. My wife and I both work, so we had to have someone come to our house after 5:40. All of the other plumbers that we called wanted to "schedule" us out, and said that they dispatched no later than 4:30. He was prompt, and he already had the part in his van so we didn't have to wait for that. Overall. Great experience. He is one of those plumbers that you want to recommend when someone asks you who they should use.

Replaced gas line from meter to house. Price was reasonable and the job was done on the same day as estimate. In the course of testing he discovered a couple of bad valves which he replaced as well. I verified that the valves were bad with the water bubbling test. Very satisfied.

Awesome job! Had multiple leaking toilets after being installed by another provider (not from Angie's list) about a week ago so checked on Angie's list and decided to give him a call. Called around 11:30 and he arrived around 2:00 the same day. My concerns were addressed and everything was done perfectly at a fair price. He even went above and behind and checked out a couple additional issue for free. No add on sales, just honest and friendly service!!!! Will use and alway use for all future needs and you should too!!!!!!

Brian did a great job installing a new water heater. I called him at 9am and at 11am the same day he was at my door ready to get started. He explained the price up front and did exactly what was ordered. He brought everything up to code with an expansion tank and was overall a super nice guy.

The service went very well. He was very thorough, he cleaned up one toilet and rebuilt another. He really made an effort to follow up with me and make the appointment and he accommodated my schedule. He checked all the plumbing on the house.

I will definitely use him in the future or refer him to friends and family.

The service was great. They did a great job. He did the evaluation and identified a few issues that we could look into getting repaired. He was very pleasant and the whole experience was very good.

The original location was only about 12 feet from the new location. While this sounds like a simple project, the construction of the two rooms made it a challenging project. Several vendors bid extremely high because they wanted to remove a large section on the concrete slab to run the drain. Brian found an alternative solution involving less tear-out and replacement of structure. He also made a number of good suggestions allowing for the addition of a laundry sink. His work was done in a professional way, very neat and he provided a rough in for a sink in the future in addition to the original clothes washer hookup. Brian was friendly and did an excellent job of explaining alternatives ultimately resulting in a better job. We would recommend his services without reservations.

Mr Sloggy was very concise over the phone when sorting out the project's details and subsequent quote (which was very reasonable in light of other quotes we received for this particular project). He was prompt and all work was done very neatly and in a timely manner. He was also more than willing to work with me as we changed a few details of the project on the fly during the day. Work area was clean at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Sloggy and plan to bring him back for any subsequent plumbing projects at our home!

They replaced some shower heads, they replaced the pressure regulator valve, they replaced some thermo extention thing above my water heater, and they fixed some outdoor water spigot.

The company apologized for overcharging me. He is going to reimburse me. He realized he made a mistake.

I hired Brian to re-route my back outdoor faucet as my original one had broken a few years back. There was also a shut-off valve that needed to be replaced. He quoted me a very reasonable cost to fix it and finished the job in a few hours. He cleaned up after he was done and it looks like an original install. I won't hesitate to hire Brian again for anything to do with plumbing.
