Chris returned my call the same day even though he was out of state attending a funeral! He arrived at the specified time and repaired the faucet quickly.

Chris called 30 minutes prior to his arrival to make sure I would be home and arrived exactly on time. I will definately call Chris again when it comes time to replace the water heaters, or if i have another plumbing issue.

I am so thankful to have been in contact with someone who is very courteous and knowledgeable, and certainly shall not hesitate to contact him if future plumbing problems occur.

I left a message indicating this was not an emergency, and call was returned within 12 hours. Chris was at the house within 30 min. He assessed the situation and gave us several options, in detail, on the garden tub issue. We chose to take the quick fix and just retain the present fixtures. He then accessed the crawl space and found the shut off valve for the outside hose connection next to one of t he toliet connections and turned it on. The work was completed in an hour.Chris also mentioned a couple of lhings he noticed in the crawl space that needed attention. These were just maintenance type items that had nothing to do with plumbing. I really appreciated that.Overall nice, efficient young man who 'knew his stuff'. I've put his card on my refrig. and will definitely call him again if needed.Also, was able to use a 'list' coupon which was great.

After calling Chris and explaining the issue, he pretty much diagnosed the problem and gave me ideas of what it probably was over the phone! He gave me an appointment within a few days and he arrived promptly. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and diagnosed the problem quickly. He fixed the problem generating from the bathroom above the leak-stained ceiling and saved me the huge mess of having to cut into the sheetrock in the kitchen. He was able to fix the problem within an hour. I really appreciated him educating me on what had happened and why. Great professionalism and good price. Chris is very knowledgable.

Chris worked me in for same day service. He was very prompt (and called before he came). He was very friendly and professional. He had the problem taken care of in a flash. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I wish everyone did their job so well.

I was pretty satisfied with their services. They were extremely helpful, and they showed us how to do a few things because they were simple things. One of their personnel, Mr. Chris, was just outstanding. He was very professional and just helped us out tremendously, taking through a couple of things we had. We had just pulled some tile off the floor in the bathroom and had evidence of little bit of water damage, and helped us to figure out that it was not from a water leak, so he was just really good and he explained beyond what we asked him to do. I would highly recommend them to others.

Overall, it was a great experience. He did the job for even less than he originally quoted, and did it in a timely, pleasant and very professional manner. We will definitely use his services again, and highly confirm a recommendation for Mr. Johnson.

I called Chris for an estimate on my electric water heater on which I had new element replaced about 10 months prior by another individual. We set up an appointment for two days and he apprived promptly. He told me what the problem was and installed the top and bottom thermostats. He worked quickly. He was very professional and explained the details of what he had done. He would definitely be the person I would call for any plumbing service. I was pleased with the cost of the service and appreciated the timeliness.

Fixed two leaks, one commode and replaced washers.

Absolutely no complaints. Chris is a real pro. The job went flawlessly, and was completed on time and for the quoted price. Chris is my new plumber and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The work performed for this occasion was done for my son's house which is in Cumming, Georgia and, unfortunately, C & A Johnson Plumbing doesn't service the area in which I live which is in Conyers, Georgia. However, I have found another plumber via Angie's who serves my area and who, also, does excellent work; I have use them twice. As for C & A JOHNSON PLUMBING SERVICE , HIRE THEM. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Chris provided excellent service. He was on time and he gave me an excellent quote. I have used him multiple times. He was very personable and didn’t charge me for the full hour since it wasn’t anything serious. He is now my plumber for life! I feel that he is very trustworthy and he impressed me.

Chris Jonson did an excellent job relocating the gas line for our kitchen remodel. He was on time and professional, but even better, helpful and instructive. Because I was interested he explained in detail what he was doing and how, and the properties of the materials he was using and why. He was quick, neat, and thorough and did a good job of cleaning up after the job (which required cutting through floors and ceilings). He also helped me come up with a plan to reduce the cost of moving the water supply lines and waste drains by doing some of the work myself (I am somewhat handy) and having him do the hard parts. I will definitely keep Chris in my rolodex - if not my speed-dial.
