C & A Johnson Plumbing Service

I could not be happier with the service Chris Johnson provided. My wife and I had an issue that 4 plumbing companies could not/would not fix! Chris took the time to really diagnose and address the problem. He was great to work with and kind to my son and wife. I highly recommend his company.

Everything went according to plan. Arrived on time Problem fixed

Installer had to make a trip to hardware store, round trip about an hour, did not have basic supplies on hand. Afterward job went quickly and smoothly. Pricing seemed arbitrary

Great - He had the job completed in 15 minutes, gave me advice on some home-based repairs/replacements. Master plumber, very impressive.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with C&A. They were on time, and only recommended things that needed to be fixed. He even said that a couple things I was concerned with weren't worth fixing for the amount it would cost. I will gladly call them back in the future for any plumbing problems.

Chris was very punctual and communicated with us 1/2 hour before he arrived, as he said he would do. He arrived on time and walked us through the process of the install. My husband and I were both home and he took the time to explain things along the way and also broke down his pricing. We were very pleased with the whole process beginning to end and would definately use him again. The bill showed the charges for parts, labor and site visit charge. What I especially liked was that he came to look at the work as well as get the job done in one trip. He also had a $15 off coupon for first time customers on the website.

Garbage disposal has worked very well since the install. The provider came back out to the house free of charge to help just after the install. The day after the install, the garbage disposal would not turn on. The technician came back out to my house and found it was a problem with out electrical outlet. We fixed that and the garbage disposal has worked every since with no problems. The technician was on time and courteous. The garbage disposal was installed correctly and quickly. The technician cleaned up the area after the install. All was very good.

They were very quick to respond to my request and setup a date and time they could be at my house. The original plumber was able to fit me into his schedule so Chris did not do the work. I would definitely call C&A Johnson again.

Chris is an awesome plumber. I've been using him for about 3 years for various jobs including running a gas line from my meter to my grill in the back yard. He is professional, courteous and most of all he shows up when he says he will and does what he says he is going to do. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

We had a shower that had a small drip and were told my another plumber that parts were no longer available for it and they wanted to replace it with a new faucet at the cost of $550 to install a faucet we purchased or $750 for one they provided. We had used Chris in the past for a couple of small repairs and have always had great service so we gave him a call to schedule an appointment. Over the phone he said that replacement parts were still available and said the repair would be pretty easy and quick. He called to let me know he was on his way and was on time for the appointment. He walked me through the repair and even showed me how I could install a new handle and face plate. He even gave me some websites to look at for the parts. Chris is a great guy and isn't out to up-sell additional services. I will definitely be using him in the future!

This was for an older house so the pipe was not a standard size. The installer located the necessary parts and made a second trip to perform the install. I was expecting the need to cut into the sink cabinet due to the height of the new floor and cabinet but the installer was able to make the pipe connections without cutting into the wood. He was very knowledgable, and professional. I was very pleased with the work.

We just moved into our house this year & have been dealing with 2 faucets that weren't working properly - kitchen sink would heat up & stay hot, and the guest shower would only reach a lukewarm temperature. I know my limitations & plumbing is definitely on that list - it's one area that I don't even try to handle myself. I called C & A Johnson plumbing & explained the situation - that I had what I believed were 2 minor issues. (I was a bit concerned that the work wouldn't justify the travel from Buford to Cumming, actually). They didn't balk at the small size of the job & we set up an appointment for the following week since it wasn't an emergency. He showed up exactly as scheduled (in fact, he called to let me know he was on his way & confirm that he wasn't too early). As I'd hoped, both jobs were pretty simple and he was very upfront in letting me know this. He took care of the problems efficiently and professionally, and the price was quite reasonable. I'm very satisfied with the work & plan to use this company in the future for any plumbing needs that we have.

Chris is awesome. He was a few minutes early, super polite & explained everything clearly. Worked in a timely fashion & accomplished all the work needed. Will have him back again soon when we are ready for more remodeling!
