Bulwark Exterminating-Atlanta

Brittany came on time (even called to confirm), at rescheduled time, even though we had to reschedule at last minute due to unforeseen conflict. She was very pleasant and professional as she went about her work. She educated us as to what likely caused the problem (likely flies laying eggs) and after spraying, provided a possible longer term solution to the problem apparently unique to Bulwark/pest control industry (adhesive with fly food attached to inside window kills flies - good for 4 - 6 months).

Brittany came out and did a really great job of explaining everything she was going to do with the pest control visit and then went to work. At the end she told us what to expect before leaving and told us to give them a call if everything wasn't cleared up in 4 days. She was very friendly and did a great job.

We were scheduled between 1 and 4 pm, however Jason called at 12:30 and said he was nearby if that weas ok! He came right over and did a great job explaining what he was goinng to do and what to expect. Very good service!

Look Chris is a amazing person love him. When Jameson got promoted and not working in the field I had this rep that didn’t give a flip, but with Mr. Chris Wilson he is awesome I would have never thought when I came back to Bulwark exterminating that I would find someone better than Jameson and I did thanks Mr. Wilson Management don’t ever let him go Chris is amazing.

Brittany came out to spray the inside of my home and was incredibly thorough, professional and took the time to talk through everything! Love Bulwark and recommend to everyone!

Chris Wilson from Bulwark Exterminating came and took a look, he knew exactly what to do. I was about to replace my appliances but he said to give him a chance and that he was confident that he could take care of the issue. And sure enough the pest were gone, they even came out a second time to hit the place again to make sure that the pest dont come back. The last technician who came to my house would not help me with gnat problem. He told me that he couldn’t spray in my house because it was illegal. I don’t want him to come back here. Thankfully, I called back and today technician Chris Wilson came and did all he could to assist and has set me up for a follow up. I would like Chris to handle our pest control services from now on.

Had a few ant hills in the yard and wolf spyders coming in the house. Our technician, Jason Dodd, came out promptly and addressed our concerns. He was professional and courteous. I hope the company keeps sending him out!

Bulwark has been great in giving a narrow timeframe that they'll be coming. The technician, Chris Carlisle, called before coming. Afterwards, made sure to thoroughly spray inside and outside the house, asking us questions along the way as to which bugs showed up where. Since then, havent had any problems!!!

Just had Maurice come out and sevice my home. All I can say is how happy I am that I chose this company. He was on time. He did an excellent job! I'm a women and most times feel uncomfortable when men I don't know cone to my home. However, Maurice was very respectful and made me feel comfortable with great customer service skills. Thanks Maurice and Bulwark for having a wonderful confidan company!

Brittany, is the technician that came to service my home. She serviced the entire exterior and interior. She was very professional and courteous. She took time to explain everything she was going to do at my home when she arrived. She even took the time to go over it again, confirming what she actually did and made sure she answered all my questions before she left. I am a Bulwark first time customer and was completely satisfied from start to finish. They provided a great service for a very reasonable rate.

The first year, I came up with fire ants INSIDE MY HOUSE! The Bulwark pro told me that wasn't likely. They were just outside. They were, indeed, outside, but they were also inhabiting my bathmat in the guest bathroom, gauging by the scream of my 9 year old granddaughter. It was extremely rare, I guess. Once I convinced the guy, they were no more. He must have put the word out on the street because I haven't seen a bug since, unless you count a stray bug crawling over the floor, clutching at his throat. All that was lacking was the funeral, and that would come soon, I could tell. Yesterday, Jason Crosswell came to my condo and introduced himself to me. He wanted me to know that he'd be creeping around my condo, so not to be alarmed. Good call. I don't like creepers much. He asked if there were any other problems I'd like him to take care of. I hated to disappoint him. I wanted to fully take advantage of his visit, but I'd have to lie if I said there were, and I was pretty sure he didn't do windows or change lightbulbs, so I reluctantly dismissed him. Jason finished his work and was gone. On time and effective. If bugs try to stay in my airbnb, they aren't going to be comfortable. It will be their last stay before their early departure. As a widow, I have no one, here, to scream, "Bug!" anymore. It's so comforting to know that, should I need to raise the alarm, that Bulwark will have someone over to handle it. Bugs and I are over. We're done, thanks to Jason and Bulwark

I have been with Bulwark Pest Control for about 10 years now. In that time I have had maybe 3-4 excellent technician's. One of which is definitely Chris Carlisle. He is very thorough in his work, without even being asked. He reminds me of Jameson - who is now back in AZ - who was another excellent technician). His thoroughness, attention to detail and the "little" things - that are usually looked over - are all greatly appreciated. I will always request Chris C. for my home pest control service. I am aware Bulwark will be giving Chris a "$15 tip" for this review, but he deserves so much more than that - such as a raise! It is hard to find great workers such as Chris nowadays, so hang onto them anyway you can by showing your own appreciation as a Company. Thank you Chris C. for a job well done EACH time you service my home!

Wanted to drop by and recommend Bulwark. They're an excellent company and our guy David is great. He drops by every time we need and even when we don't. If we every see anything, we just give him a call and he'll come on out. Even the dogs are used to David! Baby likes him too ; )

Our tech, Brittany, was very nice and helped us greatly. She was extremely friendly, and informed us of everything we needed to know. Brittany was an amazing tech and when using Bulwark again, I plan on requesting her specifically.

We loved our experience with Brittany. First off, I really enjoy having a female tech come to my home. Being a stay at home mom she put me right at ease instantly. She was incredibly friendly, walked me through every step of the pest control process, and answered every question I had and even those that I hadn't thought to ask. It felt more like having a good friend over rather than a pest control tech. We hope we continue to get her in the future!

Jason was very helpful in explaining how the service works. He also informed me that the chemicals used are safe for pets and children, which was great to hear because I have 4 kids. He was very thorough in explaining what I will see in the coming days and possibly months. Jason was absolutely wonderful!
