Bulwark came highly recommended and within 24 hours I not only had a call with an actual person. We were able to get scheduled my first treatment. It happened to be a locale too! All the better. Couldn't have been more satisfied with David D! He listened to my story and events that lead up to it and he assured me we can tackle my carpenter ants and even the joro spiders. I am looking forward to seeing the progress!

I highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating and, in particular, James (the "Bug Guy") who has been taking care of our home for years. Many (many) companies have forgotten about customer service over the past few years due to staffing shortages. As a customer, I understand about being short-staffed, as my company is in the same boat. Thankfully, however, Bulwark has not lost its excellent customer service, and I pray they are caring well for their employees as a result. Not only is James a fantastic neighbor, he is also protective of our home against bugs as if it were his own home. He is super patient with our (many) questions about all kinds of critters we encounter outside. Can't recommend him or Bulwark more highly.

We have lived in Atlanta for many years and have utilized several pest control companies. Bulwark Exterminating is by far the best company out there. Maurice Burke has been our service technician for several years now and he provides excellent service. Maurice services our home every month and we rarely have any pest issues. Recently we had some problems with wasp getting inside our home and mice in the attic. Maurice put mice traps in the attic, caught a couple of them, and so far so good. As for the wasp, he put a wasp trap in the front and back of our home, and wow....the number of dead wasp the trap consumed. We have not seen anymore wasp inside the house, thank goodness. Maurice is always professional, prompt, and he gets the job done! It seems like he treats our home as if it were his own, and this is why we appreciate him so.
