Exceptional! Jason Dodd is an awesome! We've had the pleasure of having him service our home for the last 5 years. He's very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, on time, and takes care of ALL our problems. He goes above and beyond to fulfill our requests and asks if we have problem areas that need more attention to help eradicate our issue.

Our tech Maurice is always friendly and pleasant when he comes by to treat and spray our home. He is very thorough and checks around inside and outside our house for any signs of critters. He is very professional and patient and does a great job!

Robert Haynes came to our house to spray for ants. There were a lot of ants in a few specific areas of our deck and they had begun to start coming in the house. He sprayed outside and gave us bait traps for the inside of the house. He was unable to come in due to COVID-19 restrictions. It's been almost 2 weeks since he was here. The ants are not completely gone but, there is definitely a lot less of them present.

The service went very well. Jason Dodo was very professional, walked me through the treatment and made sure I was happy with the service and any follow up needed.

It was excellent! This is the first time that I was asked if I noticed any bugs in my house( For my regular service). Brittany came and that was her first question. She also give me some tips to prevent that my rice or my grains that I have in my pantry get some bugs in it.

Our Service Tech, Brittany, did a great job. She was thorough, attentive and took the time to locate, inspect, (and replace as needed) all existing stations, several which were covered by recent mulch installation or by landscape alteration and plant/shrub growth in the years we've owned our home. She was professional, courteous, and helpful answering my questions, and at the end of the appointment she also provided us with an updated grid map of all termite bait stations and locations on our property.

I had been having trouble in the past with the company and scheduling times. The technician, Jason Dodd texted me to confirm the appointment and went out of his way to come a little bit earlier for my convenience. He was polite and friendly. He took care to listen to exactly what problems I was having and explained what I should expect. Great Customer Service!
