Maurice Burke was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time both inside and outside of our home, as well as provided tips to continue to protect our home from "summer bugs".

James is the best tech ever! He is always on top of it the minute any creature invades our space. He has helped us so many times we've lost count. Each and every time his knowledge & friendliness are unmatched. We know exactly what we're dealing with, what to watch for, and when to call him should the situation not improve. I can't say enough good things about him!

Just had our first service completed and couldn't be happier. James was very knowledgeable, professional and most of all trustworthy. Within the first five minutes of service, we felt comfortable allowing him to walk around the house alone. He was able to answer any questions we had, and address the concerns with pest control. Excellent. Maurice was professional, courteous and respectful. He got to work immediately upon arrival spraying the outside. He started the work in the garage on the german roaches. Also, he explained in detail the process to exterminate them and he will be back in two weeks to continue his work to get rid of this problem for me.

Kevin Housman was prompt, professional and customer friendly. He delivered exceptional pest control service by spraying all areas of entry including doors and windows, as well as perimeter of interior and exterior perimeter walls. Kevin also set up ant traps that are installed under kitchen and bathroom cabinets which are out of sight and reach of our dog. He administered dust spray through electrical outlets for inside the walls, sprayed our garage and court yard, as well as ant mounds that were visible on our property. Kevin is highly recommended by us and we appreciate his thoroughness. Thank you Kevin and Bulwark!

I had signed up with a while ago to come out and treat the house. i thought it supposed to be quarterly but i guess it was every other month , but there was a time where they missed and came out after 2-3 months passed and no one called. every time they came out we missed the inside. anyhow not happy with their contract and i cancelled it. they cant keep a consistent schedule.

Christopher Carlisle was my tech. He arrived on time, made sure to wear booties in the house to make sure he did not get anything on the floor. He explained everything he was doing, asked for permission before going behind things or into rooms. He was careful and took his time. A very thorough job. Although it has been too soon to see if the treatments are going to work, they provide a 100% guarantee. Cannot ask for more then that. I would definitely recommend Bulwark and specifically Chris to anyone without hesitation.

I will always use Bulwark. Their service is exceptional. For a brief period, I used another company that offered a little bit lower price. They were not focused on the customer at all. So, I am a returning customer that won't make the same mistake. And, I love my tech, Jameson. Not only is he informative and professional, he's kind. In this crazy world, it's comforting as a female to know who is knocking on your door.

Kevin was the technician that serviced our home today. He was professional and courteous, as well as thorough in spraying everywhere and within every corner. He also put a solution around the house to guarantee results. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant. I can rest better tonite knowing our house will be free of bugs.

Excellent. Jamison came with coworker, ( I can't remember his name). They sprayed indoors and out. There was no charge for this. Plus they always come early, so I can get on with my day. They call before they come. Usual cost is $79.00 but only for regular spraying, which is every two months. In between sprays are free. It's worth every penny to me because this rental house was infested.
