Jordan showed up on time. He was very thorough and communicated effectively to let me know what he was doing. I felt comfortable with him in my house. Jordan has a great personality and helped me feel confident that he knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend their service and Jordan, specifically.

I was really impressed with the level of detail in treating the home. I just moved into a new home and it took the technician about two hours to treat the home. He treated the interior of the home including inside the walls, the exterior and the grounds around the home. He was professional and personable.

Kevin Housman treated my home today for pests/spiders. He did a very thorough job inside and out, including doorways and windows.

This is the first time we met Kevin Housman; he came out on time and was very friendly. Before he started, he asked for details about what we were seeing and where. He proceeded to spray the entire basement perimeter paying close attention to the entry points and switching out traps. He informed us of where the bugs were coming in, what was attracting them and how we will keep them out. We had a detailed question he didn't have an answer to but he got the answer for us while he was here. He treated the exterior while we stayed inside and after he left, we noticed the wet marks around the exterior perimeter where he sprayed and again, he didn't miss a spot even when we weren't watching. There isn't anything Kevin could've done differently today to improve our customer satisfaction. We have always experienced high quality customer service with Bulwark (three homes over the last twenty years) and Kevin is one of the most professional technicians we've met.

Jordan arrived on time the next day and applied the pest control products. He was very polite and explained everything again very clearly. I would recommend this service because the bugs are dead including the black widows in the garage.

Maurice was my tech today. I have been using Bulwark for approximately 2 years and he has been the most thorough yet! I was promised many things when I first signed up, but usually get rush jobs and what seems like the bare minimum. Maurice cleaned out cobwebs, went into the attic to check for wasps, and overall just very considerate of my needs. My daughter was asleep in her room and he suggested to just call back when her room is available and someone will come right out! I hope to get him from now on, I was seriously considering going back to my previous contractor.

Maurice is awesome. It really depends on who they send out. Sometimes it seems they come & go within 5 minutes. I pay $70+ each time, so I'd like them to be a bit more thorough at times. When Maurice comes he asks where my problems are and goes beyond & above to address them

I am so pleased with my service from Bulwark. When we started our service in Aug 2016, we had an infestation of 2 different kinds of cockroaches. James, my technician, has been amazing. He initially solved all our bug/insect issues and now keeps them from coming back. I feel like I'm taken care of by a friend, not just a company. I have recommended Bulwark/James to other friends and neighbors.

Perfect service as always from Isaiah Cade. He has serviced my home several times and is always punctual. He is very detailed, asks questions if I've seen anything in my home. Verified the next time I'd need service. A pleasant young man that represents his company well.

I called for service to be set up again, we have stopped it for the winter, the manager set up a monday call, the guy never showed up or called, got an email from the manager saying the rep called this number which was mine and a lady picked up and told hom she did not order any service. And he asked if this is the right number, first of all i was their customer for 6 plus months and they always used my mumber , so the tech either dialed the wrong number or he did not do it.

Excellent!! The Tech Maurice Burke went above and beyond treating my yard and spraying the interior of my home. He checked for a wasp nest and found that I had a Bat in my attic. I was able to call a company to have it removed. Thank you!
