It went well. Chris Carlisle took care of areas I said were problems and have had good results thus far.

Our tech, Brittany, was very nice and helped us greatly. She was extremely friendly, and informed us of everything we needed to know. Brittany was an amazing tech and when using Bulwark again, I plan on requesting her specifically.

We loved our experience with Brittany. First off, I really enjoy having a female tech come to my home. Being a stay at home mom she put me right at ease instantly. She was incredibly friendly, walked me through every step of the pest control process, and answered every question I had and even those that I hadn't thought to ask. It felt more like having a good friend over rather than a pest control tech. We hope we continue to get her in the future!

Jason was very helpful in explaining how the service works. He also informed me that the chemicals used are safe for pets and children, which was great to hear because I have 4 kids. He was very thorough in explaining what I will see in the coming days and possibly months. Jason was absolutely wonderful!

Technician Jason Crosswell was very professional. explain what he was going to do and offered options for outdoor outside service.

Chris Carlisle was the Bulwark Technician for our indoor service this time. First of all I must say that he was very courteous and patient as well, I was late reaching home by 15 minutes but he patiently waited for me. I never had pest control done before and after comparing the services I chose to go with Bulwark, despite being a little more expensive, because they were the only ones that offered behind the wall pest control that lasts over a year. I called them to make sure I wasn't reading that wrong and ordered their service. They even matched an old offer price that had already expired. I was thrilled. Francisco came out initially and did everything as promised and even gave me extra services for free that I didn't know existed. Great. I received a 90 day guarantee against any bugs and sure enough I had just 1 adult centipede a couple weeks later. They didn't hesitate or give me any excuse or hassle and sent someone out immediately. Kevin H. came out and not only took care of that but without any complaint or hesitation stayed and sprayed in other problem areas and again gave me extra services for free. Now I'm impressed. I would highly recommend Bulwark.

David does a great job with our Routine Exterminating Service. He always asks us if we are having any particular issues and offers to come out anytime we need. He is even great with our big dogs!
