Description of Work: Had a survey done of our property - the surveyors themselves did a great job and were very professional and helpful. The office was another story - very little communication, no follow through, and we were ready to cancel the service when the crew showed up. Hoping the office can get it together as well as the guys in the field.

Description of Work: They marked the 4 corners of my property for a fence installation. They added a few extra pins for the installers due to storm water and sewer easements. They took their time to make sure that the pins were placed correctly due to the easements and made the pins/stakes very visible. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous and the price was $50 less than the next lowest estimate.

+ -1 moreOther than it taking a lot longer to perform the work, it went well. There was a discrepancy with the bill amount since the fax I received at work was for $400 and they normal charge was $450. He called the office to ensure this was the correct price. It was and I gave him a check after the work was complete. The paper copy of the survey came a week later and there were 3 copies for my use along with an electronic copy I received via email.
Description of Work: I called to have our property surveyed so we could know the exact property line locations so we could install a fence. I called them and within a week they were out at the house to preform the survey. They said it would take about 3 hours to perform the work. They arrived at the time they said they would and began working immediately. It ended up taking over 5 and half hours to find the corners of the property. When all corners were found, he showed me where each one was and marked them with either a flag or spray paint.

They showed up on time, completed the work, and delivered the certificate via both email and regular mail. I sent the certificate to the insurance company and their were no issues with it.

+ -1 moreI felt that they did okay. They came on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I asked them if they needed me to be there to let the surveyor into the house, they said they did not need me there. When the survey was completed they informed me that they were not able to finish because I was not there to let the surveyor in the house to see the crawl space. They forgot to take my payment and when they did I still never received the survey. I found out that the office sent the survey to my rental property instead of to me. I ended up calling to get it faxed to me in time for the insurance company to see it. I did feel their price was very reasonable so therefore if I need them again I would call them.

+ -1 moreThe work went very well. They crew had to literally chop through thick ground vegetation, including poison ivy, to find the boundary limits and mark the edges of our property. Took longer than expected, but they stuck with it until it was complete.
