He did a great job. He was here that morning and when he had completed the job he walked the property w me and staked out the property lines. I hired the company bc my neighbor behind me tried to say her property actually went 5 ft. beyond the fence she had put years ago. I was putting a privacy fence in place & she would no longer be able to see my roses or be nosy. Lol Well turns out she was wrong & my property line was much larger than I thought. Worth every penny. Fence going in next week!

The crew did a great job. I needed my property surveyed with a drawing for a fence. They surveyed and then walked with me around the property to show me the boundaries and answer my questions. They also put up a few extra stakes to make it easier for me to determine where the property line is for a fence. Boundary Zone did very professional work.

Excellent! Boundary Zone came the next day after I accepted their quote. They provided a much more detailed survey than I was expecting. I would definitely hire them again.

Initially they had difficulty finding the boundary pins but came back and were successful in locating them.

After contacting several survey companies in the greater Atlanta area who weren’t interested in surveying our property (the job was too small), Boundary Zone was the ONLY land survey company who would come to our place to help us locate the corners and boundaries. Boundary Zone gave us great service with a quick turnaround at a fantastic price when we needed them. The two guys who came out were prompt, polite, reliable, and did a good job. Thanks guys!

It went great. They were a little early but someone was home when they got there. They were able to explain what they were doing to my wife which was great. My neighbor had a different surveyor a few days before who explained nothing to them.

It went great! Boundary Zone promptly responded to my e-mail via Angie's List and with one phone call, I had an appointment and a quote. The Boundary Zone surveyor showed up for the appt. and marked my property lines as promised.

It went very well. The surveyor, Linton Horton, was prompt and very professional. He patiently answered all my questions and dealt with my concerns.

They were very thorough and created additional plats. They did a complete survey and created additional plats because there were some new fencing up. They marked the property line relative to the new fencing. They know the law.

If I ever moved and needed land surveying service again I would go to them.

Boundary Zone was great! They showed up on time as scheduled and were very professional. They spent hours working on our survey and pinpointing the exact property borders. Because of a property line dispute with our neighbors and encroachments on both sides they lined each side of the house with stakes to make sure that the line was obvious from the street to the very back of the yard. Unfortunately, the line did not fall in our favor. At first, we trully believed that they had made a mistake. Without any questions or complaints, they sent out an entirely different crew to resurvey in order to verify and assure accuracy. While it still did not turn out in our favor, we are grateful to know the real and true property lines on both sides. A lesson to anyone thinking of putting improvements on your property: Be sure to have a boundary survey done first! We are able to now proceed with some more improvements to our property with confidence about where the property line falls. Thank you Boundary Zone!!

Anthony and Corey could not have been more professional and helpful. They were able to schedule us two days after we called for the initial appointment and were more reasonably priced than the other companies we called. Corey was on time for the survey and explained whatever questions we had. Great company and people, will definitely hire again.

Went very well. From the initial call for an estimate to service it was well done and professional. The estimate call was very professional and they gave me more information than I asked for to help me make a more informed decision with their company and for the service offered. They gave a courtesy call just before they were coming to perform the service. They also informed me that they give a 5% discount if you found them on Angie's list.

Had no problem scheduling an appointment. . Ray explained how and what work would be perform for the price. We requested an extra marker/stake in a particular area and that was provided. Survey was done on the day tscheduled and all four corners marked clearly. Felt the price was more than fair. Would hire again .

I called several companies. They were the most competitive but it was not just the price as it was only $100.00 from another one. They were very responsive. I called and spoke with Ray Larson. He went through everything that they would do and the time frame. It is cool as most all surveyors pull up your property from the county tax assessors office and they can quote you over the phone. Ray was very professional, he answered all of my questions and when I told him that I would think about it, he did not pressure me. I got busy and when he followed up with me, I decided to use them. Both the guys that came out were very professional and courteous not only to me but when they had to walk in my neighbors yards. They were in contact with their office and decided to pull from further down the road to make sure that they were accurate - that impressed me. During this time, I had another question and Ray was very responsive and I appreciate that! He did not ignore me now that the work was done. They delivered an electronic copy and these 3 huge plat drawings - very nice. Now, I can record one at the county office. Folks - to me - surveys are very important as I had encroachments on my last 2 properties and these have to be resolved before you can sell or encumber your property as collateral. Overall - very pleased. Price seems high but when you see all the work they do, you will understand. Also, a survey I had done at my previous home back in 2004 was 600.00 and I did not get the big plat drawings or the electronic copy so it was a very fair deal. I recommend this company!!!

They were fantastic! This was an emergency situation and we needed someone here as soon as possible. They were very responsive and were here pretty much right after I called to help. Great company, very professional, highly recommend!!
