The surveyor arrived on on time. Set up his equiptment. Performed the survey in a timely maner. He was very professional and friendly. He showed each of the markers to me before he left. I feel that he did an excellent job.

I had several questions which required more than one phone call. Each phone call was promptly answered and information was provided and explained fully. An estimate was sent via email. Within two days the survey was done meeting all my requests and as agreed to in the estimate. They were great to work with.

I live on a circle, on a street that ends in a cul-de-sac. I was having a problem with a fairly new neighbor on one side not understanding where the property line is. I knew I had to put up a fence to solve the problem when he made the statement that "an angled property doesn't make any sense." He claimed that about half my front yard was on his side of the line and said he would continue to drive his pick-up truck and riding mower through that part of my yard until I could prove different. This was on a Sunday afternoon. The experience with Boundary Zone was wonderful, and on the following Thursday morning they solved my problem for me. The surveyor was more thorough than any other I have worked with in the 14 years I've owned my property, and I've had surveys done 3 times over the years. He made absolutely certain that the boundaries of my property were accurate, located the corner pins and marked them for me. He spent time double-checking the coordinates with his office by phone while he located other pins on the street to verify my lot lines. After the pins were located and marked, the property line between said neighbor and me was also marked with stakes. I asked for this extra service because I wanted to make absolutely sure a 55' split-rail fence I was about to install between the two properties was within my property line. The entire experience was excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boundary Zone, Inc. to anyone. Thanks to the quick response and work by Boundary Zone, I was able to erect the fence in my front yard the next day. I have had no further problem with the neighbor trespassing and I couldn't be happier.

They were very professional and explained what they were going to do when they were here. They emailed us all of the paperwork to sign before they got started. They followed up with a hard copy of the survey exactly on the day they said we would have it.

They called me after I requested a quote and information about their services and did so very quick. They after the call they sent me and email with more information that I asked for about their services and prices. I enlisted their services and they were very flexible with job time. The people arrived at the appointed time and began working immediately. The whole job took around 2-3 hours and they were professional and nice with everything. The job was done and I have no problem with the company or their workers.

Overall experience went well. A two-man team came by to perform the survey and they completed the project within about a two hour window.

This is my first time using Angieslist for a contractor of any sort and I must say I'm am so proud to be a member. The guys over at BOUNDARY ZONE INC, are the best and very helpful and professional. I called and explained to them that I was needing a land survey (boundary only) done and the agent (Dave) on the phone quickly pulled up my home and gave me an estimate. It was so easy for them to follow my description since they were looking right at the home, awesome understanding of being efficient. While talking with him I noticed they also did the Elevation certs required for any FEMA remapping and inquired about that. Dave, explained since the guys were already going to be out there they could do that as well and quoted me a flat fee. In going over their website and speaking to them, I just decided to get it all done. The price was fair, the work order was sent and those guys were out there the very next day. Another great thing for me was they are paypal members, so payment was quick and easy. I gave only a "B" for responsiveness due to the fact, I did not get a call that everything was complete and when I should expect to receive the elevation cert, but beyond that all was really great. I have had some really bad experiences with contractors here in GA and Boundary Zone and Angieslist have given true hope, that there are honest and gd businesses out here. As a side note, when I called in to check to see if I was eligible for a FEMA map correction, I was put in touch with the licensed surveyor that did my numbers and he explained my elevations in detail and the next steps if/when I was ready. I really appreciate the work these guys have done for me and if there is any hesitation in using them, let my words and experience remove all doubt. These dudes are the real deal (price, work, detail, and experience).

They did a very good job! Their prices were extremely reasonable compared to others I contacted. We have used them on two occasions, and they arrived on-time in both instances.

Amazing, this guy must have spent 4 or five hours doing the survey, I was expecting 20 minutes and done. Not only that, but the back of our property is very well overgrown and he tromped through all the jungle stuff to get the stakes in. Our property is a crazy shape, that comes to a complete triangle point a huge distance away from the house, where you wouldn't even believe it is our land....so this guy had to be on top of his game to get it all done correctly, and he was. The guy who came out was professional, very helpful in explaining everything and did a walk around with me at the end to show me where everything was - which was great , because I don't think I could have found all of those stakes without it! I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs their property boundaries marked. The price was great too.

They were very prompt and very efficient. They had come out when they said they would and finished the work expeditiously. I had never experienced that before. They were very pleasant to deal with. I was pleasantly surprised by their price. I had received an Angie?s List discount too. I was very pleased with them. I would use them again and would even recommend them.

It went very well except for the fact that they should have given me some additional information. I had to go back and get something else done which cost me extra money. If I'd had it all done at one time it would have cost me less. They were very professional and nice. They did it quick.

The service provided by Boundary Zone was incredible from start to finish. I submitted an online request for an estimate via their Web site to which I received a return phone call in less than an hour. After agreeing to the estimate, the survey was scheduled for the next day, and I received a copy of the work order via e-mail within just a few minutes of the call. Our surveyor, Andy Hodge, was on time, explained exactly what he would need to do to complete the survey and approximately how long it would take. After he finished the survey (which took about 2 1/2 hours), he walked me along the property lines, pointing out the placement of the corner pins and the stakes he used for reference, and outlined when I could expect my property drawing to be complete. Andy was willing to answer any and all questions I had and gave me several of his business cards in the event my neighbors had questions about how the survey was performed. ("One less thing for you to have to worry about.") My husband and I often lament the demise of good customer service, but Andy was kind, courteous, professional, thorough and helpful, and proved that excellent customer service DOES still exist. Having your property surveyed is not cheap, but in my mind, you get what you what you pay for, and I have complete confidence in the work that Andy performed. In short, I would highly recommend Boundary Zone to anyone needing to have their property surveyed!

I requested a quote via email. Received a call from the company within 1 business day. Scheduled the work at my convenience. The surveyor arrived early, located all 5 original pins, walked us to all 5 corners, and completed the transaction timely. A paid receipt was emailed from the company following completion of the work.

Ben and Andrew were very professional and did a wonderful job of the survey. After they were finished, they asked me if I wanted to walk the property lines, showing me where all of the markers were for the future. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Now I will get the finished survey and drawings of the home on the property within two days.
