I would definitely recommend them because they are very reliable and walked me through everything.

Overall, excellent job but I expected a lower price based on the some of the comparative listings. Also, the process is weather dependent; the survey couldn't be done in the rain. Because of the scheduling, weather delays pushed the project back nearly a week. This wasn't their fault but tight scheduling produced a long backlog when rescheduling was required. Again, not their fault but a problem on a tightly scheduled project. Overall, I recommend them for these types of projects.

The two surveyors showed up ahead of the scheduled time, introduced themselves and went right to work. It took them a bit of time since the back of my property is in the woods which is not that easily accessed. On top of that, they worked in the rain! They were both very professional and friendly. I was surprised to see where the property line really is. My property is larger than I thought and now I know exactly where I can put up a fence. Glad I contacted Boundary Zone!

The surveyor arrived on time and got to work promptly. He was professional, personable and willing to indulge my many questions about the process and the equipment he used. The job was completed in an hour and I was able to remit payment via Paypal. A good experience.

I set up an appointment for Boundary Zone with Dan on the phone. He made it easy. They take credit cards, but I did not have to pay until after the service. I called the Boundary Zone office first thing the morning after the survey to pay. They were 30 - 45 minutes late in arriving at my house. It was not a big deal; sometimes jobs take longer than expected. But a phone call informing me of the delay and ETA would have been nice. The two-man crew (Joe and Jake, I think) were very nice and accomodating. They were in a company truck and wore company shirts, which I always like in terms of my comfort level. I was concerned about the cost for what I wanted them to do. I often feel that the price for any service I order is set based on my ZIP Code and confirmed when entering my neighborhood. It started at $350, but was reduced to $330 with the Angie's List discount. That was good, of course. On the other hand, I probably just don't know the skills involved in a property survey. As a professional writer, I certainly am used to people not understanding my rate and the skills involved in writing well. "After all," they reason, "anybody can write." By comparison, the other surveyor I was considering had recent reviews that showed charges of about $250. However, the other surveyor did not indicate in their Angie's List listing that the company carried insurance and that was important to me. Boundary Zone does carry insurance. Overall, I was pleased with the service, feel very confident about their work and would definitely call Boundary Zone for any future survey work, as well as recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

Two men came fully equipped with special-purpose high-tech tools and equipment. Because of missing reference points, they wound up making many sightings through the neighborhood.

They showed up on time and were extremely professional. Completed the FEMA certication quickly and followed up with FEMA for additional requested information. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to neighbors.

Excellent. I was totally impressed by the two Boundary Zone folks who were very thorough and very polite. My property is large and confusing and not easy to assess.( property is next to private residences, common HOA property and city property. I was impressed with how much time they took ( 4+ hours) to get it right. I truly appreciate all of their hard work as it is very important to me to define my property lines. I was also pleased with the plat drawings (and the two copies of the plat drawings.) I have recommended them to my family! I had called several people for quotes and two didn't call back, one called back a week later and Boundary Zone had a person who answered the phone, answered my questions and booked the job in the first phone call. I had also rec'd a discount for finding them on Angie's List!

I cannot remember the surveyor's name, but that is my fault, not his. He did a thorough job of locating the original pins (from 1968) and spent most of the day surveying our 2/3 acre lot. I can understand the high ratings that Boundary Zone has received. Thank you for making this experience a good one!

I contacted Boundary Zone as step one in a project to have trees removed and a fence put in. Knowing the exact property line was key. They were timely, professional, and precise. They came when they said they would be there, then provided all the drawings electronically on time, and sent printed copies.

I asked around for quotes from different companies including boundary zone. I got several quotes with Boundary Zone being among the highest, however they were willing to drop their price to be more competitive. Also, they have a discount for mentioning that you found them on Angie's List, which put them among the most competitive. Their reviews spurred me to hire them. They showed up in the window of time they gave and marked the pins, one of which was buried deep in the ground. Then, they showed my wife exactly where all the pins were. I'm very pleased with their work and would use them again.

They were outstanding! I was afraid I would be paying a huge amount of money to a strange company and receive dubious results in return. These guys are perfect and I can't recommend them highly enough.

We hired Boundary Zone Inc to survey the property of the house we recently purchased after relocating to the Atlanta area. The surveyors were working when I returned with my dog from a veterinary appointment. They took time to get acquainted with her so she wouldn't be overly agitated about their presence in her yard. I really appreciated that. They were extremely professional and thorough as well as being very friendly. They took their time and kept me informed of all they were doing. They even placed extra stakes on the property line to assist in fencing installation. This company was recommended to us by my husband's coworker who had used them. We would not hesitate to use Boundary Zone again or to recommend this company to anyone who needs their property surveyed.

The gentleman arrived at the appt time and was ready to get to work. He found the corner pins, marked them and then showed me where they were located. Great and speedy service.

Chris and Matt did a phenomenal job with the survey! They arrived on time, explained in detail what they were going to do, and promptly got to work. As a result I found out that I had way more property than I originally thought. Prior to purchasing my home, the previous owners had a survey done, and remnants of the old stakes remained. Chris saved me some money by using these old stakes as intermediate property markers (along the northern and western property borders). Ordinarily, I would have had to pay extra to have extra stakes. But by doing this (because these old stakes were properly in place), he just used them. Now, I have more stakes than I would have normally had with the standard survey, and I can see my property line as a true "line" more clearly. When finished, Chris and Matt gave me a thorough walk-through. Chris was even so kind to tie some ribbon around trees that were near my property line, but not on it, so that I would recognize these trees as not being mine and not have them mistakenly removed when I hire tree cutters. The survey, with the drawing, was about $150 more than I would have liked to have paid, but I think that it was worth it in the long run. If you go with Boundary Zone, ask for Chris and Matt!
