"Lynn came to do a widening of my driveway on both side. He dug everything out and drove through my yard with the skid steer, making 2 large ruts and destroying the grass. I asked him twice about repairing the damaged area and he said that he would. The concrete part of the job was completed and was good. He told me that he was finished and was ready to be paid. I inspected the work and he had done nothing about the large ruts and damaged areas. He also said that he was not going to backfill the area that he had dug out unless I was willing to pay extra. We had an argument about the unfinished work and he said that he was a landscaper and he was not going to fix the area unless I paid more. I refused to pay him until he made the repairs to my yard and completed the backfill around the driveway. See attached pictures "
