Keeps changing name of company. HG Solutions, HG Solutions For Your Home. You have to track a moving target. Also a phoney web page rating the company with 5 stars. You can’t leave a review. One review with glowing praise of the company. Lots of contacts out their be carful with this one.

Roofing subcontractors did not know what they were doing. I assume they had no roofing experience.

Negative , have to look at a screwed up roof every day.

It was a negative experience. It was poor craftsmanship. The gutters were okay, the roofing was not done correctly and the front work on the addition had a lot of issues.

HG Company worked with my insurance company and outside adjuster hired by insurance company to file claim. Insurance company paid full amount of job less insurance deductible and upgrade to laminated shingles. Work was 95% completed in one day. I Iive in 100+ year old house and HG was called back to re-flash/seal around chimney. They came quickly. I have not had any problems since work was done 12 months ago. Bill Davis, Sales Manager and Luke Mullins, Project Manager were responsive and helpful from start to completion. The roofers, led by "Shorty" were professional and hardworking. I would recommend HG to anyone needing roofing or other home maintenance work.

They did a really good job. They came when the said they would and cleaned up really well. We had a leak from a major rain storm and they came and fixed the leak and sprayed the ceiling where it had made a mark.

I talked to these folks about a possible roof replacement. While attempting to work with them on particulars, I could not get phone calls returned. They promised to deliver information that did not come. I called Kevin Greer who owns the company, but he did not return my phone call.I started investigating them, and found quite a few dissatisfied customers.I don't know if they can be trusted or not. I am not going to take the chance with something as important as a roof for my home.

Mr. Greer's roofers damaged a brick and grout on the front face of the house and dented a 25 foot strip of gutter. The brick is out completely and the grout around another brick was knocked out. Mr. Greer stated that he would repair the damage from his roofers. Mr. Greer was paid in full for all services rendered on May 28, 2009 (including an extra 600 dollars that he claimed to have incurred after the roof was completed because the roof required more shingles than anticipated). He completed the project approximately 30 days prior to the final payment. Despite repeated calls/messages left with Mr. Greer (none of which were returned), he did not repair the damaged gutter, brick or grout. I finally called one evening and got lucky because Mr. Greer answered the phone. Mr Greer had lots of excuses about why he could not get anyone out to complete the repairs. He eventually had the gutter replaced, but replaced it with another damaged/dented strip of gutter. After additional calls, Mr. Greer still refuses to fix the brick damage at all claiming that all the people he has contacted to do the repair are charging too much. I informed Mr. Greer that if he did not fix the brick and grout, I would have it repaired myself, would report him to the Better Business Bureau, and possibly sue him if I did not get a resolution. Mr. Greer was very deceptive throughout my process. I should have known better when I first met him and kept trying to convince me to send my insurance company an inflated estimate so "we" could get more money out of the insurance company. Mr. Greer gave me a low ball estimate to get my business (red flag!!) and then billed me for 600 dollars more after the job was completed because he misestimated the number of shingles he would need. He never provided me with a receipt for the extra shingles and I am highly suspicious as to whether he actually needed more shingles or just padded his invoice. I reported HG Contracting "Soultions for your Home" to the better business bureau and he did not respond to their inquiry on my behalf, resulting in an "F" rating from the BBB. I now intend to have the brick, grout and dented gutter repaired at my expense and will sue HG Contracting for reimbursement. My wife and I are attorneys so we will certainly seek reimbursement through the courts for the repairs and for the 600 dollar last minute charge.
