CW&D was the company I needed for for my window project (thank you Angie’s List.) They exceeded my expectations in every way. The windows were manufactured in 1/2 the expected time. The installers were prompt, polite, efficient, and clean. The work from the time they arrived to the time they left was only 6 hours for 9 windows.The windows themselves have transformed my home with their beauty and functionality. The whole process was seamless and very easy. After receiving 4 quotes from other window replacement companies, Chattahoochee provided the same product at a much more competitive price.

Did a great job and costs were reasonable. Austin did the actual install and he cleaned up beautifully. Took about an hour overall! Maurice Duvic (owner) came by afterwards to check the work and to show me how the windows pop in and out for easy cleaning/painting.

The windows were delivered and installed exactly when Maurice said it would happen. All of our windows were installed in one day and we have no complaints at all. Quality service!

Other companies wanted me to choose vinyl windows that come in a selection of colors which would come close to matching the trim colors of my house, but not exactly. Also the other companies wanted to have me eliminate the transom windows and go with longer windows, which in my opinion would have made my house less distinctive. Chattahoochee Windows & Doors listened and understood what was important to me about the appearance of my house. That makes a big difference when I am spending thousands with a company. Their installers showed up as promised, were pleasant to have around, and did a great job making sure that we were happy at the end of the job.

I called Chatahoochee Windows and Doors for a quote for a new replacement front door with adjacent panels ( with small glass windows in each). I had seen Chatahoochee W & D off of Angie's List with very strong ratings. Their estimate was hundreds less than the competitors'. The crew that did the installation was prompt and punctual and did a very professional installation. I am both very pleased with our new front door and very impressed with Chatahoochee Window and Door. I give them an A- Plus overall. I am through painting it and it really looks grand ! When we first purchased our home, the windows and doors were not upgraded. Some windows did not lock and others were painted shut. Our front door and french doors were diffcult to open and close. In addition, our french doors were rotting. Once night we were unable to close the french doors at all. A repair man was able to temporarily fix the doors so they would close, but they highly recommended replacing the windows and doors and recommended Chattahoochee Windows and Doors. I call Maurice Duvic with Chattahoochee Windows and Doors. He game out to our house and brought samples/options. After meeting with Maurice and getting a few estimates, we decided to go with Chattahoochee Windows and Doors. We ordered the windows and doors and they were ready approximately a month later as expected. Maurice's team promptly installed the windows. However, they realized that our house had serious issues with rot. They replaced all the rotted wood in the window frames and doors and got the job done within budget/estimate I was quoted. Chattahoochee Windows and Doors did an excellent job with installation and it truly makes a difference in the interior and exterior of the house. I was really impressed with the quality and service provided by Chattahoochee Windows and Doors and would highly recommend them.

Wonderfully!! The whole team was awesome. The owner was great to work with. He was very open, honest and realistic with the quote and the description of his products. I loved the fact that he worked with and knew many people in my neighborhood and I was excited to be able to work with a local company. I was informed in advance that his workers were older and maybe slower, but that they were very experienced workers and what he said proved true. The work took more than 1 day, but his workers were a pleasure to have around and clearly knew what they were doing. My house looks great and I ADORE my new sliding doors! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

He came out to measure but has never done the work. He has been unresponsive in coming back to actually do the work. We have scheduled the work several times and he did not show up. I'm trying to get my money back on. The guy's name, I believe, is Murray. He came out. He has measured windows and doors and then we've played a bit of phone tag. I called him back and left messages. I have his e-mail. Neither me or my property manager can get a hold of him to actually do the work. So, he has had the money for all this time, but nothing has been done. I didn't pay anything over $300. He could show up and do the work.

It went really well. It was very hot last Friday, June 10th, but the two men worked steady all day taking out 6 old metal clad (?) windows and installing new windows in my Condo. I'm on the second floor, so they had to go up and down the stairs too many times to count. They were professional, had everything they needed including their own water/drinks. They helped take down the blinds, making sure all the parts were kept together. And re-fastened the brackets- which really helped me. The windows look great and yesterday I touched the glass...it wasn't hot even though the sun had been beating down on it for the morning. I highly recommend this company for window replacement.

They were very friendly. Had a few issues with an incorrect part ordered, but that was resolved quickly. My only complaint is that they got sealant material on my doorframe and greasy fingerprints on the outside wall (which specifically bothers me in this case because I'd just recently had my house painted,) which I feel like should have been cleaned off. Otherwise, I was satisfied. The owner was particularly nice, friendly, and available.

the workers were professional and were very careful not to damange anything in the house. the replacement included some work to replace some rotten wood which was done well. I commented that the price was good, however, I did not do a lot of shopping but it seemed to be about what I expected for this type of work based on visits to some of the chain home supply stores. The owner was very personable and easy to work with. If I need new doors again I will use this contractor.

Maurice, Tom and their crew were very professional, well mannered and punctual. They knew exactly what to do and had all of the knowledge and expertise to do it well.

Techs called ahead of arrival. Showed up ready to go. Very polite and professional! Very timely and high quality work! If I were allowed, I would give them an A+. I will definitely use them again for any/all my home repairs!

The company promptly scheduled someone to come out, meet with me and measure the current doorway. Maurice Duvic, company owner, came to my house. We discussed what type of door would be installed and an approximate date for the install. I asked if the door would come with a lock that could be opened from the outside with a key and stated this was an important feature to me - one that I would be more than willing to pay extra to have. Maurice said it would have the lock. The installers arrived on the designated day and were finished within a few hours. The door is a huge improvement over the previous door. I am very pleased with how well the door slides and its appearance. The door did not have the lock with the key. When I inspected the install I asked about the lock and was told they knew nothing about it and I would have to call the office. I called Maurice the same day, He said he did not have this information in his notes but thought he could take care of it. He called back a couple of days later to let me know he would be mailing me a lock that I could install as it was a long way to send his guys and t should be easy to install. This way I would not be charged. The lock arrived promptly but came without instructions. I have watched a couple of how-to videos on youtube. My son and I will see if we can get this lock installed. The other concern that I have is that the door was not quite as tall as the one that was replaced so the installed inserted a couple of mismatched planks of wood at the top of the door that are visible from the outside. The appearance is not very professional but not so horrible that i felt like complaining about it. The main issue is the lock. So overall I am pleased with my new door but I could not give them an A because of the 2 issues I have described. UPDATE We found a great youtube video that showed us how to install the lock and it was a piece of cake. I upgraded my review to an A because Maurice responded to my comments and sent his guys out to work on the trim at the top of the door. It now looks great and I am loving my new patio door!

1st GREAT Customer Service. After choosing Chattahoochee Windows and Doors, as the company to install (41) windows in my home, Maurice the owner came to our home and give a detailed description of the work they would be performing (example: how they would install the windows and how they would case the window frames). He described the materials they would be using, as well as the areas that would need wood repair and or replacement. Maurice not only explained, but was able to show me these areas as well. Later on, Maurice had Dennis and Maxine to come out and measure the windows, as well as perform a more thorough inspection of each window for any repair. Once again, Dennis went over exactly what work was going to be performed, and found a couple of more areas of wood which needs to be replaced. The team of employees were fantastic; they came in, and started to work as if they were a fine crafted well oiled machine. Dennis, Cecil, and Jay had their act together, you could tell by the way they inspected each window before installation and with the accuracy of installation, really, when it came to details, they were very detail oriented. These guys are very cautious, not only on the outside of the house, but on the inside as well. The concern for our furnishings were of the utmost importance down to removing pictures near the windows. Each and every day, they cleaned up after they finish work to ensure there was no trash left behind. I really can't say enough about how well I like Chattahoochee Windows and Doors, they did what they promised, with no surprises or extra cost whatsoever. On a couple of occasions I had to run some errands and was not the least concerned about leaving my home. I do want to say Thank You to Maurice, Dennis, Cecil, Jay, and I surely can't forget about Maxine, who did all the follow-up calling, window measuring, and ensuring that everything was on schedule. What a great experience with Chattahoochee Windows & Doors. From initial contact through follow-up, Maurice was professional, attentive and a pleasure to work with. Price was great as is the quality of the door. We initially talked about a base model, but I decided to go up a level and am pleased I did. The door came in earlier than expected from the manufacturer and I had an install date within days of the door coming in. The crew that came out to do the install arrived a few minutes early, around 8:15 am, and the job was complete by Noon. All four guys were nice, respectful of my home and presented themselves very well. Overall a wonderful experience and I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

Maurice and team were superb throughout the entire process. Maurice submitted a competitive bid to do our project, and we felt he was both trustworthy and offered the best value for our dollar. His communication was excellent from beginning to end, and his installation crew was very professional as well. There was one minor mistake made with the new door, and Maurice apologized and proactively addressed the problem. The installation team was efficient, only requiring two days for the installation process. We can't say enough good things about Chattahoochee Windows and Doors.

Service was performed in about an hour. Employees were courteous and very knowledgeable about their craft. The crew also repaired a rotten board on a different window when I asked about it. I would definitely use Chattahoochee Windows and Doors again if the need arises.

The windows were replaced quickly and efficiently while family was home. The quality of the windows is much better than the previous windows. The front picture window now has grids between the glass which is very nice for cleaning. And the glass is LowE for both windows and helps lesson the amount of heat from sun rays. Correspondence through emails was handled well, delivery of the product was handled well, and we love the result. We will definitely be back. Also, the company did not request Angie's list review as so many of them do now.
