Maurice and his daughter Jessica were very responsive and easy to work with. We had a long lead time because of a special order from the factory (the exterior of the door had to be black to match the existing ones in the condo complex). The installer Austin did a great job and cleaned up after he was done.

The entire experience was fantastic. The Owner, Maurice Duvic, was involved every step of the way from initial contact and meeting, measuring and ordering the windows and doors and coming to inspect the work during the installation. the installation crew was also terrific-timely, skilled and friendly. The crew replaced 24 windows and the door in one day and a half, with no problems or issues, no damage to the house and left the project clean and ready to go. An overall great experience with true professionals.

Our house was built in 1965 and had the original windows. We had 18 windows replaced. The installers arrived early and prompt and were extremely courteous and professional. They answered all of our questions, and made sure we were happy with the install and the products. The windows are fantastic quality, and look great. Already notice a huge noise reduction

After many sales pitches it was a welcome relief when Maurice didn't try to song and dance me with the window quality features. He told me straight what he had and didn't try to force any extras. I felt the Alside windows I bought were a very good value for the money. The installation was very professional from beginning to end. The Windows were clad with aluminum and I was very hesitant due to previous bad experience but Mike did a beautiful job and I feel very secure that they are weatherproof. They did the installation in a very timely manner and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company for any windows or doors.

Maurice was great - didn't waste our time with sales pitches we'd already heard - and gave us a competitive price while answering any questions we may have had. The windows were ready for installation two weeks earlier than anticipated which was excellent. Mike and his installation crew were punctual and set about removing and installing windows for the whole house with minimum disruption - especially around the new carpet we had just had installed. They were respectful and addressed any concerns or questions I had along the way. They were also careful to clean up any and all debris. Mike is coming back in two weeks to replace some sashes that should have been frosted (not his fault and the problem was addressed as soon as it was realized) and has offered to caulk the inside of our living room windows as we were behind on our casing at the time of installation which is much appreciated! Windows are great and have given the house a much needed face lift!

We had them replaced all the windows in our older home. Maurice came when it worked best for us. He did a walk thru very quick talked about some options as one of the windows we replaced that was pretty large and had a few configuration we could use. He had a REASONABLE quote right then. i think the whole thing took 30 mins. i really appreciate he didn't try to due some crazy sales pitch or pressure me anyway, i had another company do that and it really made me sick and price was over twice as much. i mean i guess you don't need to when your prices are reasonable and review prove your quality of work. A few guys came in and took measurements the next week and ordered the windows they were very quick as well. Once they did the works it took just under two days i think it was 17 windows they had a whole crew here and knocked them out pretty quick. They followed two days later to ensure no issues which was nice as well. i would recommend Chattahoochee to anyone in need of windows or doors.

The entire process was easy and stress free! I contacted Maurice and he came out quickly to ***** my window needs. I originally was replacing 9 windows in a breakfast room but because of the cost and work (wrapping the moulding and all) we decided to replace all 17 of the windows on the back of the house. My old windows had a transom above each of them and I was able to get beautiful, larger windows without it through Chattahoochee Windows and Doors for less than other contractors and the big box stores that I had priced. The crew did a fantastic job during removal and installation. I am already planning to have them come and replace the rest of the windows on the house.

Very competitive pricing. The install crew was very respectful of my property and the job was completed fast! Any questions I had were answered and we LOVE our new windows. If you need replacement windows, I'd highly recommend this company.

Maurice and his guys were great. We have no complaints. Windows made in Georgia and installed by people from Smyrna. That is the way to go.

I used Maurice in 2017 to replace the backside windows on my house. This year it nine windows on the front of the house and a new 5200back door. Maurice never tries to up sale you products. He listens and is very responsive. His crew has excellent customer service. They always clean up behind themselves. Any issues Ryan will come out and address. I had a problem with the new door and Ryan sent Michael right out to take care of the issue. Michael is funny and professional. It is always a pleasure working with Chattahoochee Window and doors.

Maurice Duvic(owner) was fantastic, from the initial interview/inspection/quote he was always there to answer any questions or concerns. This continued through the process of ordering the windows, scheduling the install, the actual install (he called to see how it was going). One slight mishap with a window that was rectified with a replacement before he would accept final payment. Which he delivered and installed himself. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME MAN. Must also give kudos the install crew, they were phenomenal, professional, and on point. The guy that worked the brake for the capping was also excellent. I not only would use them again, I would recommend him to Family, friends and foe. My only complaint would be, Why don't you do roofs :) Jay G.

Fantastic job, great price One door needed a bit of adjusting to fit a difficult opening, did a great job. Showed up at time promised, took less time than anticipated, left space cleaner than when they arrived. Would used again.

Owner was on site to measure and advise how to replace with synthetic frame materials to avoid future decay. Windows were large quarter rounds and a transom. Crew on site did great job with consideration to our living space.

This was a fantastic experience. From the very beginning Maurice and Chattahoochee made the process easy and fast. I feel I got a very good price on my 13 new windows, but the installation process REALLY stood out. Not only did the installers get to my home when they said they would (very rare these days), they were professional and friendly. I expected to hear a lot of racket as they removed the old windows, but I barely heard anything. The new windows were installed quickly, and there was absolutely no mess left behind. Maurice was very easy to deal with. No pressure like other companies I've encountered during this project. Initially we were shopping around and when I called to get a quote, he gave me an approximate price and that was that. No harassing calls or emails. When we were ready to continue with the project, he came over to take measurements and told me I would hear back from him within 4-5wks when the Windows were ready for installation. 4 weeks later he called to schedule the installation. The guys came over and got straight to work. They were finished installing the 6 Windows in 2 hours. Everything was so clean, you wouldn't even know they had come, except for the beautiful Windows. Very professional and exceptional job!
