Great Value and quick installation.

Excellent service, top notch quality ALSIDE casement window, top notch installation. researching windows with the multiple options out there is challenging, we had numerous companies come out to quote such as Home Depot, Lowes, Champion and a few others. Champion was a complete joke with the highest quote of all, and the close close mentality of the salesperson. Window specifications vary greatly with LOW E and UV Ratings, we felt the ALSIDE casement was our best option with specs we could understand and compare to our other options. Chattahoochee's Maurice Duvic is first class, professional quote, punctual, and follow through was best in class. Would definitely recommend and use this company again,

I called Maurice, Maurice is the one that runs the company. I called Maurice and said hey you guys did such a good job on my windows, my sister needs them, I want you guys to come out an quote her, So he did, he came out. I met him there with her and we talked through everything. Hers were a little more detailed than mines were just color wise and stuff. She pretty much got the exact same windows I have but she wanted some specialty stuff for her living room. She has a big dog. When people come up on the porch the dog jumps on the windows. She was really afraid of a window being broken. So she got the reinforced, I forgot what they are called. She got a reinforced windows in the living room which is a double set of windows and full screens, everything. She got it exactly like mine except for that. Two of the windows on the front of the house were suppose to be these windows that were reinforced. So they called, they were in, they were a couple of weeks late. They were a couple of weeks late when they were suppose to be in So they finally come when the windows are in. They come to do the job. I'm not there when they first get there. I'm there towards the end of it, of the installation. So the little guy, not Maurice, his installer, I want to say his name is Jeff, he's going to walk around and explain the windows how they operate to her and everything. I'm with her. he's explaining them and I said to him, I looked at her and looked at him and said these are suppose to be full screens and she's like oh yeah they are, I didn't even realize these are half screens. I looked at the little guy and said these are suppose to be full screens, well no this was what was ordered. Now they're installed. So he starts looking and she say no that's not what he ordered. He only order half screens. She went and pulled up her paperwork and there in Maurice's handwriting was full screens. He says well you;re going to have to call Maurice and talk to him about that. So I said how do you distinguish, when we went into the living room to look at those two windows, how do I distinguish the two heavy duty windows.? And he goes well I don't know. And Is aid well how do you know where you installed them at? And he goes I don't know. i'm like you've got to be kidding me. You didn't record it by the number on the window? To know which window went where? No we don't do that. I'm like you've gotta be kidding. You can't even tell her where in this house those two windows are installed because every window on the front of the house is the same size. He goes, well I know it would be on the front of the house. I'm like yeah duh that's kind of obvious from the size. It was really frustrating. My thing was Maurice, talking with my sister, Maurice just did not seem to want to fix it, It was like pulling teeth to get him to do anything about how they installed the windows. He did replace them. He did get the correct full screens. It took a little bit of time but he did get those. But when it came to the faustus. mind you the frame of the window. they have serial numbers and everything. He said just pull this faustus out of this one and go put it in this window. The whole window is what's registered as the warranty, that is numbered so when you start going pulling them around, aren't you voiding you're warranty. Oh no, don't worry about that, just pull the faustus out that's all you need to do. I was not happy about that. I took a few months. It was probably three months. It's a lack of professionalism. One, who ever picked up your windows, you guys should have some way to verify and check. they just go in like robots and pick up whatever's there and go install it. That really bothered me. What is your quality check process. I didn't care for that at all. The whole process of not knowing what the heck they were doing.

Excellent!!! I have had numerous home repairs and improvements done over the years and it takes a lot to impress me. I dont just hand out A's to everyone. These guys earned it!!! My old leaking picture window was replaced with a higher quality Energy Qualified glass. I highly recommend Maurice and Ryan to homeowners looking to replace their current windows. They do awesome work. I needed a custom window fabricated and could not find anyone in town who would do it at a reasonable price. I called these guys and they said they love a challenge. The window is beautiful and the price was fair. They were responsive and delivered on time.

Fabulous experience. Took out windows, replaced them, cleaned up total time about three hours . Had a door replaced several years ago and it was the same story. Maurice and his team are the best.

Door arrived 3 weeks early from the factory, installation completed two days later. The workman (Ryan) was prompt, and efficient.

We had to have windows that were paintable, but we didn't want wood. Several companies could help, but only had vinyl windows (which aren't paintable). So, Maurice from Chattahoochee Windows was able to locate a composite material that would work for our needs and we agreed to contract with him. After sending us an initial quote via e-mail, he came out to meet us, measure the windows and educate us on the material, their installation and timing. He was excellent to work with and everything was done to perfection and based on the installation schedule he gave us. He is a small business man and his quote for the exact same material with another company, was much more competitive...smaller company, less overhead. We would definitely hire them again.

It was great. After getting estimates from one dealer which were astronomical and one that seemed normal we decided on Chattahoochee because there was no pressure and they showed up to give the quote when they said they would. This is a consistent problem with contractors. The price was great and the windows could be ready in a realistic period of time. Maurice Divic, the owner, came out to give us the quote. He was great. Austin came and installed the windows. They look great. He installed them quickly. I would definitely use this company again.

Maurice and his team are great to work with. No hard over selling, I told Maurice what I was looking for and he delivered. I did not get "high end" replacements, but am very satisfied with the double pane vinyl windows, which were made here locally. I would recommend CW&D. Thanks much!
