Description of Work: Chattahoochee Windows and Doors did an excellent job and craftsmanship was better than I expected! They did exactly what they promised. All of the employees provided great CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Description of Work: Replacement of 18 windows, one door, one French door set and one transom. | |The original job was scheduled for two days. The job took 5 days from Jan 7th and 8th. We found a defect in a window on Jan 8th. At this point a new window needed ordering. The job stopped with all the windows and doors installed but the outside metal and vinyl framing was incomplete. The installers returned Jan 28 to complete the job but did not finish, so they returned Jan 30 and completed the job. But we found another defective window and Feb 9th the owner came and installed that window part

Description of Work: Maurice and his installers were thoroughly professional and treated our house like it was their own. They not only installed our windows well but also took care to repair and replace any damaged wood, for no additional charge, even in places where we might not have noticed the problem ourselves. The initial consultation process with them was also terrific ... He was willing to help us sort through all our options and was patient with our decision making process. We felt the quotation and pricing process was transparent and fair, and the follow up was excellent, after the job's completion. Overall, it was an excellent experience for us and our family, and we would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had 14 replacement windows completed and could not be happier. The quality of the product is great but what really sets them apart is the level of customer service and expertise of the installers. I would recommend to everyone I know. We are ao pleased we are having them install a replacement door as well.

+ -1 moreThey were the easiest contractor I have ever dealt with, from start to finish! Maurice, the owner, was referred by a friend at church and came the next day after I had called. He seemed extremely knowledgeable about windows and gave me several options to chose from. He earned my trust with his no pressure attitude. He also beat both other estimates I had gotten, even the $189 specials. The installers Dennis and Cecil, arrived on time ready to go to work. They had all of the windows installed in a day and cleaned up all of the mess as they went along., They were efficient and did quality work. I would definitely recommend Chattahoochee Windows and Doors to anyone looking for a quality window installation at a Fair price.
Description of Work: They replaced 11 sixty five year old wood windows with energy efficient vinyl double hung windows. They also installed 2 new windows in my newly finished basement.

+ -1 moreI previously had 2 other window compaies give me estimates which were extremely high. I paid Chattahoochee the same amount of money for 10 windows that the others wanted for 3-4 windows. Maurice earned my trust and did not waste my time. He answerewd all my questions with patience and gave me all the options I needed. The installers arrived on time, were courtreous and cleaned up the job well. I was thrilled with the improvement the new windows to my 50+ year old home. Maurice changeda bathroom glass to obscure and did not charge me and put it in in less than a week. Installing these windows is one of the best home improvement I have ever done to my home and would recommend Chattahoochee to all my friends, neighbors and family.
Description of Work: Chattahoochee replaced 10 old windows in my home with beautiful vinyl replacemnt double hung windows. They also capped my exterior wood trim with vinyal clad aluminum coil making them totally maintenance free. He also made my kitchen window much larger giving me a vierw of my backyard. Rotten wood trim was replaced with No-Rot cellular PVC brickmold and sill.

Description of Work: Chatty hooch replaced wood windows with environ ward replacement windows with Lowe and mun tins. They look like wood windows but will not rot.
