We had our bathroom redone with a new shower, tub, and flooring. Derrick and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job. Every day they showed up on time and worked until the job was done. Derrick's communication is like no other! He called or texted me with every update but was also available every time I had a question or concern. I would highly recommend them!

Derrick & his crew are fantastic. I know it can be rare to hear people say they had a "good experience" with their contractor for a big project like this, but working with Derrick- you will see. All of the reviews are spot on. We did a total renovation of our master bathroom: new floor, new cabinets & countertops, new shower, took out a garden tub & replaced with freestanding tub, etc. When he was done with our master, we loved it so much we went ahead and booked him for our 2nd guest bath remodel. Derrick was so helpful and patient with us as this was our first big reno we have ever done. The crew arrived right on time every day, and worked FAST. Our neighbors (and we) couldn't believe how fast our project was done. When everyone else quoted us 6-8 weeks for our bathroom, Derrick & his crew did it in almost 2 weeks. His cabinet guy is great as we needed custom cabinets for the layout of our bathroom (tough angles, etc). Very competitive on pricing for everything, and good suggestions to help you keep in budget. They came back to fix finishing touches and made sure we were completely satisfied with how everything looked in the end. Can't thank them enough for a great experience overall and two beautiful new bathrooms! (Before & after photos attached)

Derrick always arrived on time. The estimate was reasonable and in our budget. There were no surprises and add on costs. The project was completed ahead of schedule. The end result beyond our expectations. We are super pleased with the results and will use Derrick and his team again. We will highly recommend Derrick for any tile project.

His crew arrived 15minutes before the promised time. They gave a full days work and daily completed ALL promised objectives. Our job was completed in 5 days and on budget. After an awful experience with another contractor, he restored our faith in honest, skilled contractors.

The work is great. The team was always on time. They explained everything during the entire process. They were always on schedule, they cleaned behind themselves and were always professional. I can't tell enough ppl about Gray Tile and Remodeling. Best part is they guarantee their work! If you want it done right, this is the company to choose. We had our shower done by another company, it wasn't installed correctly causing water damage, etc. Derrick reassured us they would to the work right and they did! So glad we found them.

Professional, reliable, and did extremely high quality work. His time estimates are spot-on which also tells you how experienced he is and that he has reliable people working for him. You cannot go wrong with hiring Derrick.

One time, accommodating for a few last minute changes

Derrick was very responsive from the beginning and was easy to get in touch with all the time. The demo happened very quickly, they were always on time, and showed when he said they would be on site. I trusted him and his crew completely and provided a key to allow for flexibility as I traveled almost every week. The finishing touches took a little longer than I anticipated due to my schedule and a few things that needed to be touched up after competition. There were a few issues with the quality of the work, but he was fully committed to make it right every time. There is still one change that I decided not to do and he even offered to come back when I decide to change the layout (whether it's weeks, months, or years). Overall, I would recommend Derrick and would use him again in the future for other projects.

Derrick was very nice and very accommodating to my crazy schedule. He did the work exactly like we talked and actually finished a day ahead of schedule.

This is our first bathroom remodel so we weren't sure what to expect. I had read several reviews on Angie's List and Derrick seemed to have the best reviews in the category we were looking at (bathroom and kitchen remodeling). I asked him to provide an estimate and thought his costs were reasonable, so we selected him to perform the work. My wife and I did a significant amount of prep work before the project started, removed baseboards, freestanding cabinets, toilet, closet door and trim. We wanted them to start demolition as soon as they arrived. We also did all the finish work after Derrick left, i.e. paint, baseboards, bi-fold door and trim. Some additional thoughts: - Derrick and Scott are great, extremely professional and punctual. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back for additional projects. - Derrick will tell you he's not a design consultant, but lucky for us he works closely with Tile and Stone Express in Douglasville. Aura helped us pick out the materials and looks we wanted in our new bathroom. - Be sure to let Derrick know if you want the tile installed in a certain fashion i.e. "on diagonal". His estimate called our for a certain square footage of floor tile which is what we purchased, unfortunately it was enough to complete the floor when installed on 45's. This was not an issue, since Tile & Stone had additional tile in stock that Derrick graciously picked up overnight. - Be prepared for the mess associated with demolition. They tried their best to contain the dust; however, anytime you break up existing tile and backer board you are going to have dust. - Frameless shower glass was provided by Superior Shower Doors of Atlanta. They measured after the shower pan and curb were finished and the glass arrived exactly one week later. BOTTOM LINE: THE BATHROOM LOOKS GREAT!

The work was done on time and within the initial cost estimate. The quality of the work was excellent.

Kept promise of cost, time frame and results. Very easy to work with, he listened to our input and the finished product is beautiful! He dId most of the work himself with 2 helpers that were punctual and courteous. Organized and he did not waste any materials and clean up was done each day with final clean up on last day. Highly recommend Derrick and his crew for any remodeling and tile work needs!

Derrick was immediately responsive when I contacted him about the job. He came to see the bathroom within days of our speaking, and the next week he began the job! We were so impressed by how quickly and professionally he was able to get started, as that has not been our experience with other home improvements. He communicated with me clearly, and the members of his team were all nice and experienced. They understood our timeline and worked diligently to meet it. Derrick has been fantastic about addressing any tiny loose ends, even though they have meant making special trips to our house. Towards the end of the project, I decided I'd like a different size medicine cabinet to be installed, and Derrick and his team were willing to come back out and change the size of the opening, install the cabinet, and repair the wall, though none of that had been in our original plan. I would highly recommend Grey tile for their professionalism, ability to stick to a timeline, and the quality of the finished product. We are delighted with our new bathroom and the efficiency of the whole project!

Derrick Gray is very professional and easy to work with. The work he completed was top notch, but I realized even more value by simply discussing future projects that I had in mind. He was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions and tips for me.

Derrick arrived on time with himself and one other gentleman. They went straight to work and made sure to cover up the kitchen counters as they were working on the new Cabinets. I was impressed by Derrick's workmanship, honesty, and punctuality. I would use him again.

It was excellent! The services exceeded after what I paid for they did not charge me for any additional services.

The started early on a friday, and worked through my punchlist until they were done. They got almost all the way through it, more than I dreamed possible. They were very good to work with, asked good questions, and did excellent work. They cleaned up each of their work areas, and removed the cartons to the trash. at the end of the day almost all of the odd jobs were done. I have asked them for quotes on two additional, substantially larger projects, which I plan on engage them to do, in the Fall. These were also fairly priced. I would strongly recommend using Derrick Gray and his team.

Scott was very friendly and hard-working. I would trust him in my home any time. He was neat, clean, and his tools were well taken care of. He cleaned up after his work projects.

They were gracious and patient with me and my kids. He was on time and professional. I had several estimates fond,but gray's was the best. Gray took the time to listen to what I wanted then asked questions to make sure I was going to get the finished product I wanted. I will be calling him if I ever have another job!
