Description of Work: My husband shut the garage door on a trailer and knocked the whole door off the track and the hardware off the wall on a Sunday afternoon. We called Randy Monday morning and he was out to the house within 2 hours. Randy fixed everything, his work comes with a guarantee. Door works great again.

+ -1 moreCalled Randy after we had quite an exasperating experience with another door contractor. Explained our situation to Randy (we are selling our house and one of the items agreed to prior to closing is the servicing/replacement of our garage door). Randy is extremely knowledgeable, asked questions and provided us an estimate over the phone. Additionally, Randy came out on a Saturday to look things over to ensure there would be no surprises. When he left he confirmed the quote, we paid half down and he gave us an install date. Oh, yeah... Randy was $300 less than the other company! Randy called the day prior of the install date to make sure we were ready and he let us know he would be at the house around noon. Randy arrived on the install date at 11:30 and went right to work. He had the door system removed and the new installed in under four (4) hours and he did all that himself!
Description of Work: Removed old garage door, opener, sensors and rails. Installed new, complete system (door, opener [Linear], sensors, rails and two remotes). And, an added, unexpected surprise of an outside keypad.
