He came to my house he did a wonderful and reasonable job. He was fantastic and wonderful.

Randy arrived promptly and on time. He quickly assessed the problem and took care of a broken chain. Then he checked out all the other aspects of the door and opener, made adjustments to the springs, and oiled the rails. Then he charged an extremely fair price for his work. I will absolutely use him again when it's time to actually replace the door. He is a man of integrity.

Excellent!! Vendor arrived with all parts and tools to do the job on time. We were very pleased and would highly recommend him. He had very good people skills and pleasant to be around. Job was done in a timely matter and he was able to come the same day I called him. Job well done!!

Perfect. Randy was able to work our house in just a day or so after my calling him. He showed up when he said he would, did the work, and the final bill was less than I'd expected (based on online research). He also "tuned up" the door so it closes much more smoothly and is quieter.

After the first company was called and failed to show, I called Randy based on the Angie's List reviews. He initially asked if it could wait until tomorrow. He then asked if the door was able to be closed all of the way. When I told him it could not, he said he'd be over as soon as he finished his current job. He did and spent 2 hours fixing the issue. As I started telling him about other issues with the door, he started offering to take care of those problems as well. I fully expected an outrageous price since he came out at 4pm without being scheduled, stayed until 6, and did all of the extra work. I was completely wrong. Great service, even better price. And the door is quieter than it has ever been. Highly recommend!

Appointment was easily scheduled. We called on a Friday and Randy was able to accommodate us with a next day appointment. Randy and his son performed the work and they were both professional and efficient. We were having repairs made due to the results from a buyer's home inspection as we are selling our home. Randy was able to diagnose the problem and make appropriate recommendations that took care of the noted issues. I had not previously had the best experiences with other vendors in the Savannah area, however, Randy was completely the opposite of my past experiences. I would highly recommend his services without any hesitation!

Appointment was easily scheduled. My husband said Randy and his son performed the work. The squeaking when opening our garage doors was horrible. Now all is fine. They recommended safety cables in case the springs ever broke. Safety is important to us. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service!!. Garage door jumped off track and got stuck midway open. I could not drive my car out of the garage nor could I close my garage door. Called Mr. Randy and explained what had happened. Mr. Randy switched one of his appointments so that he could repair my garage door today. His next available appointment would have been on Sat morn, May 22, which meant, that my garage door would have remained stuck in an open position all night and part of the next day. He called back when he said he would. Arrived at my home on time and repaired my garage door in a couple of hours. He kept me informed of any issues that occurred while working on the garage door. He put back everything he had removed from the garage to work on the door and cleaned up his work area. His costs were very reasonable. He warranties his work. He and his Assistant were very courteous and very professional. I am very happy with the work Mr. Randy did on my garage door. I highly recommend Mr. Randy and would use his service again.

He responded to my phone calls quickly and was pleasant on the phone, and when we arranged to have him fix the door, he did it the next day. He was very professional and did a great job at fixing the springs and bearings. He also assured us he warranties his work for a year. We will definitely call him again if we have any other problems.

My garage door started to shut one day and began going sideways only to become stuck halfway at an odd angle. I called Randy the next morning based on his proximity to me and the favorable reviews on Angie's List. He happened to be in the neighborhood and had just had a cancellation, so he was able to come over right away. He was then able to fix the door quickly and for a fair price as well as provided a one year warranty on his work. Randy is friendly and professional. I will use his services again and would strongly recommend him to others.

The initial problem was a broken secondary socket on the chain mechanism of my old garage door opener so the opener would not work. Randy came at the appointed time and replaced the socket but then noticed the primary drive socket was extremely worn and suggested a new opener because of the age of the old opener. After a discussion with Randy, I decided to go with a new garage door opener which he immediately installed in under two hours. He removed the old opener and replaced it with the newer unit which included 2 sensors and two remotes. He cleaned the work area, lubricated all necessary parts of the new opener, the springs, and the rollers, and hauled off the old unit. He is personable and professional. He did excellent work and I would recommend him to anyone.

Randy installed garage doors for us several years ago when we lived at another house. We recently moved and needed to replace the garage doors on our new place. We loved what Randy did for us before and didn't hesitate to call him again. He came out to the house within a day or two of my initial call. He talked about our options and then gave us time to think over our choices. Once we determined the doors that we wanted, Randy had them ordered and installed within two weeks. Randy (and his son) are hardworking and very professional! The new garage doors look beautiful and I would highly recommend him.

We had Randy over about a year and a half ago when we got a new garage door from Lowes. He was quick, efficient, professional and extremely nice. A few days ago my wife did who knows what to the garage door, but it was off its track and a cable had come completely off. We called Randy early Monday morning and he said he would be over by 1230-100. He was prompt, took a quick look at the door and made a few jokes with my wife and myself and said he had everything to fix the door today if we would like. We said yes and he immediately went to work. He was fast and fixed our door with precision. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a door serviced or installed and we're definitely calling him when we finally decide to getting around to installing a garage door opener.

Garage door needed repair as it wouldn't open. Randy came over the same day and repaired it and gave us a one-year warranty. Very nice man and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Randy was very quick to respond to my inquiry and schedule an appointment. He arrived on time and after I explained what I thought was wrong with garage door he explained that the problem was easier and more affordable to fix than I first thought. Excellent service, reasonable prices, and prompt service. It doesn't get better than that.
