Hardwood flooring did not meet standards set by NWFA. Areas in the house had NO Moisture barriers, cracks in the hardwood floor, nails coming out of the hardwood floor f. Tile work poor quality with multiple lipping g. Holes in the roofing, downspouts insufficient after receding money from our bank h. HVAC issues, 7 out of 8 exhaust fan FAILED per IECC STANDARDS, HVAC air flowing freely through the walls! And a lot more…."
