Description of Work: I called Joey for an estimate for hardwood laminate flooring. He said it would be around 800.00 for about 1000 sq. Ft install. I do not live in Macon, but south atlanta. Our rental is in macon so I drove down the next day to meet him between 12 and 1 around lunch...which were his words The next day, I waited till around 1 to 115 and called him. No answer. I sent a text and even left a voicemail saying we could reschedule for the next day if something came up for him. I never received a return call or text. Very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreJoey was very attentive and very punctual. I feel like he listened to me and gave me a fair and accurate quote without trying to rip me off! I, however, decided not to do the job at all because of personal reasons...NOT because of Joey. I thought that he was fair and there was no pressure from him at all. He returned my call the same day, etc...I call that 'professional'!
Description of Work: Joey and his partner came and gave me an estimate on installing laminate flooring AS WELL AS fixing a leaking problem in an exterior wall that I had (that if not addressed would've damaged the flooring!)

Description of Work: I called this business and asked "Joey" if he provided carpet installation services. He indicated that he did and he had all the tools to perform the job. We then discussed price. I told him that I would be calling him back within the next few days to set up an appointment to get the job done. Both myself and my husband have called his business number no less than 5 times over the past week. We have left messages and to our frustration and disappointment our calls and messages have not been returned. No services were performed. Business will not answer the phone or return calls.
