NOT RECOMENDED UNLESS YOU HAVE ALOT OF PATIENCE AND FREE TIME. It took 3 weeks to complete a job that should have been finished in 2 days. I received no notice before the worker arrived day 1. A week later, workers showed up 4 hours late, worked a couple of hours, took a long lunch and left. They were supposed to come back at 830 the next day to finish. I received a call at 930 that they had a flat tire and would be out after tire was fixed. After lunch they called to say it was too late to get started so they would come the next day. They showed up the next day and left after lunch without completing job. Had to call the boss and send pictures of incomplete work. He came by later and explained that he worded the quote incorrectly and it should cost more to do work. I told him that I expected to receive work as quoted and he said painter would be out first thing the next day to finish. The next day when the painter came and said he couldn't paint because house wasn't pressure washed and he left saying someone would come out to pressure wash, they never did. The next night I finally hear back that they were coming the next day to finish painting windows (all trim still needed to be painted, not just the windows) I reminded them that all trim needed to be painted. The final day the painter comes and says that he is here to paint the windows. I again had to request all trim was to be painted as quoted. After a phone call to his boss and another full day of work the job was finally completed.

Fred called me within 5 minutes after I searched on HomeAdvisor. He was over within an hour to look at what I d wanted. He got me an estimate within a day and we scheduled from there. He and his guys are incredibly attentive to detail and easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again (many more times).

Owner easy to get ahold of and came to home within a day to look at project. Deck and pergola needed some repair, pressure washed and painted. Price was very reasonable. Painters did a great job and we're on time. Will hire them again if needed.

Caspian Homes did an outstanding job replacing and repairing our deck. Excellent craftsmanship and communication throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend this company. We plan to use them again for other projects.

The work started 8 days later than scheduled, however, it was completed in 1 day. Quality of workmanship was satisfactory.

From start to finish, we were pleased with the work and craftsmanship. We had a large deck that we wanted to reduce in size, along with a fence that was beginning to fail. Prices were extremely reasonable. We encountered areas of rot once we began to dismantle the deck, and change orders as a result were very simple. We would definitely use this company again. I would say the only area of growth would be communication. We normally had to call the lead man to get updates on when workers were coming, debris removal, etc. This wasn t a deal breaker for us though,

Fred is a great contractor and very accommodating. His subcontractors do Great job and clean work. Had some hiccups with the plumber but Fred handled it just fine,

They were good I didn't need a new window it was my flashing and he fixed some safety issues I wasn't aware of. I will use the company again .

One of our windows was leaking after a recent rain and we wanted to just get it sealed to prevent further leaking. Fred was at our place within just a few hours after requesting a quote from HomeAdvisor. He offered a great quote and quickly had the entire window sealed. After several rains, the window is still dry!

Caspian homes did a good job replacing our bedroom and master bedroom windows. They also replaced the insect nets on our patio and did various wood repairs, all of the work was performed in a professional manner. I would hire them again for another job.

It took multiple phone calls to Fred before he sent a worker to seal my window frame. Once the worker arrived the work was done quickly and neatly. I'll have to wait for the next heavy rainfall to determine whether or not the sealant worked. The price was costly for such a simple job but the dollar amount paid is many times over better than the cost to repair water damage. All in all, I would call Caspian Homes, Inc, if I have another window issue.

I bought 25 replacement windows for my house and tried to hire a contractor who ended up being a thief and ran off with my deposit for materials. I then went to HomeAdvisor and found Fred and Caspian Homes and they came out, took over and did an awesome job. started on Monday and were done by the end of the week. Work started early in the morning and they stayed until dark every day. If you need some work done, these guys will get the job done well and in a timely fashion! They restored my faith in people after my first experience with the previous contractor.

Weather hampered our start date. But worked around our schedule to get the job done. Had a picture window above front door repaired and rotted wood replaced and painted. Would hire them again for work around the house.

Fred is very easy to work with and communicated the project very well. We had a lot of rain during the start of the project and the final project. His workers still need to do a final touch up do to the weather, but we would strongly recommend them to others.

i was told repairs were needed. They advised me I got bad information. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need hey told me the truth. HOW RARE I like that

Job was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Fred was very good at communicating with me what was going on and when it would happen.

Fred and his team did a great job. Great value for the work. They painted three rooms and a bathroom for us after we had damage from the hurricane. They really went beyond my expectations in all of the hard work prepping the walls, patching them and removing the curtain rods for us. We definitely will call again for other home projects.
