We had to fire our original contractor and Fred/Caspian Homes quoted us an amount to finish the job, which was most of it. I think it was a complicated project, but Fred and his crew(s) did a really good job getting it completed and never asked for more $$ even when we seemed to run into a few unexpected issues. Fred was very patient and responsive and finished the job for what he quoted. I don't think you can beat his price, but you can try.

I wish HomeAdvisor were not so restricted in its selectable projects. Fred and his team were did a great job getting our house ready for sale. They repaired missing pieces of granite countertops, installed lighting upgrades, installed new carpet, fixed dry wall, and did interior painting. We were very happy with the results and we had a contract for our asking price within hours of listing. Fred and his team were courteous and professional, and had great advice when we were not sure of the best way to do something. All for a reasonable price, too. Highly recommended.

Fred his entire team was a pleasure to work with. I undertook a big project renovating my house and every room. Fred's expertise helped make the project successful and was very easy to work with. Stuck to his timeline and was extremely professional and diligent in his work. I look forward to working with him in the future and recommend his entire team.

Tried for 3 months to find someone to install a carpet runner on my stairs. Finally, contacted Caspian Homes. They were here within a week. Did good job for a reasonable price.

We replaced entire house 4â baseboard to 6â and we add crown molding to the entire house as well. This was the best overall experience with any customer service I have used. Fred and his crew were professional and pleasant to work with.

Caspian Homes ,Inc owner and workers were professional and nice to work with. We added a room in our basement and finished the bathroom. We also painted our interior of our house. They finished on time and it looks great. We sure will use them again for our other projects.

Get contract before work starts still do not have one. Did not clean up as quick as expected. Still, haven t cleaned up.

I placed a request on Home Advisor for the rebuild of my 28 year old deck and within 30 minutes, I received a call from Fred, the owner of Caspian Homes. Later that afternoon, Fred met me at my home and we talked about the replacement of my aged decking boards with new composite Trek boards. Before I went to bed that evening, Fred had a quote sitting in my inbox ready for me to approve. The following Tuesday, Fred's crew, led by a 2nd generation carpenter Ed, arrived onsite as committed and began the rebuild. Each day when the crew finished up, they cleaned up the area and had everything prepped for an early start the next morning. By Friday afternoon the job was completed and my new deck is ready for another 25 - 30 years. Having been a service provider for 33 years, I know good service when I receive it. Fred and his team are great service providers and will take care of any of your home needs both inside and out. Fred's carpenters are top notch and take the time to do it right and ensure it looks great for the customer. Overall a great service provider.

Work was rushed and partially done. Did not dispose of debris.

Fred at Caspian Homes was great to work with. We had a significant amount of rotten wood that needed to be replaced. And exterior painting done. We had 3-4 days at a time of rain and his crew worked in between this time as much as they could. Working weekends and late nights. Fred was hands on at our home everyday giving us updates of progress and what to expect the upcoming day/s. We will definitely contact Caspian Homes for any other home repair or updates.

Caspian Homes did nice work replacing our deck boards. Identified other problems that needed attention and fixed those also. Prompt, professional and friendly.

Fred and his crew are awesome to work with. They go the extra mile to get the job done. We had terrible weather but the guys worked diligently to complete painting our home replacing back door adding storm door repairing and replacing facial boards replaced gutters and doing a couple of extras along the way. We had Fred to paint our kitchen cabinets, entire interior of our house and exterior trims. We also replaced all gutters and repaired some rot woods during that process. Fred removed our gas fireplace and replaced with electric. He also poured concrete walkway. He removed carpet from our stairway and installed oak wood and stained it. He was punctual and very easy to work with. He finished the project on time, and we are very happy with the works he done for us. We strongly recommend Fred and use him for our future projects.
