Description of Work: He mixed up my appointment with someone else & did not call me to verify. Instead of arriving between 12 and 3, he came at 4:30. His job was done rushed as I had a meeting that evening at 7 in my home. He left furniture skirts still dripping on my hardwood floors and there was an actual puddle under one chair. I gave him $100 cash for the job that was $99.95. there was no offer of my 5 cents being returned. I would not make an issue of this, but I should have been offered a bigger discount due to their error and I want my nickel back.

Description of Work: No real issues, they honored the face value of our original coupon after it had expired, but we had to pay extra to reapply the carpet protection application that came on the carpet, and they ended up creating a few pulled loops while trying to get out some crayon my son had marked on the carpet. We are still trying to resolve the pulled loops, but I'm disappointed that we were the ones that found them after Got Carpets left.

Description of Work: I purchased a $67 Big Deal for an Organic Deep Steam Carpet Cleaning. To the best of my memory, everything turned out fine. It was three years ago, but I don’t remember anything negative.

Description of Work: Got Carpets? shampooed and "green guarded" 5 rooms with closets plus a large walk-in closet. Krystle arrived on time (between the window), was professional, polite and business-like. She went to work immediately, and worked steadily. She treated all stains, shampooed every inch of carpet thoroughly, treated it so that it would stay clean longer, and worked "magic" on our floors! The carpet looks like new again. She took great pride in her work, and the result shows. I will definitely call them again, and request that I get the same person to service our carpets.

There were some spots I feel they could have gone over better, but they were in and out fast and it was a low price. I don’t know if I’ll hire them again. Stanley Steamer does a better job.

Description of Work: Provider billed credit card and apparently did nothing. They sent no messages via the list. I got busy with other things and didn't think of it again, and even had to go back thru purchase receipts to confirm I'd really screwed up.
