Excellent service!!! My carpet was horrible, I considered replacing it instead of having it cleaned, then someone refer’d Chris to me. Reluctantly, I had it cleaned instead; my carpet looked almost new again, that was the best decision I’ve made and it saved me a lot of money. Chris cleans my carpet twice a year now. :-)

It went very well, she came in w/her assistant both very professional & in great spirits, we did a walk thru of all the areas, she gave me a very fair price & explained everything in detail which I appreciated. She's very knowledgeable about different fabrics (I hve oriental rugs). As we were preparing for a family wedding friends & fam thought my 20 yr old carpet was brand new. Got Carpets did an amazing job on everything & gained a new customer as long as they are around.

I was very pleased. The technician not only arrived on time, but called earlier to let me know they could arrive 30 minutes earlier if i desired. Of course I was thrilled because it is rarely that service calls are on time and almost never early. Once arrived, the work was proceeded immediately and was done on time. I was very pleased and will always use in the future for my carpets.

Got Carpets did an excellent job. I’ve had same rugs and some of the same carpets cleaned by others and after drying I was disappointed. But not this time. I will definitely have them back for future needs. Very professional as well.

great !!! krystal (owner of Got Carpets) has been cleaning our carpet for over 5 years now. always does a fantastic job,, she is very professional and interested in what, 'you', as the customer is looking for.. she is punctual, pleasant and works non stop when she starts the cleaning process.. she is very honest, if she feels that a stain won't come completely out she will tell you, she also gives you suggestions on getting spots out as soon as they happen....our carpet is older and needs to be replaced soon but as soon as krystal is finished cleaning it looks brand new....call her you won't be disappointed.

Amazing. Thought sofa was ruined with grease spots from grill. Looks new. Also a good cleaning revived another tired sofa. Yay!

I had a great experience! Got Carpets was very quick to give me an estimate and educate me on their carpet cleaning process. They did not try to push me into buying other products or surprise me with extra cost. They were very transparent on their price and expectations. Krystal was very professional and friendly. She arrived on time and had great work ethic. It took her about 30-45 mins to clean 3 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. While she was here she gave me an estimate for my downstairs and I plan on having her come back in the future. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Got Carpets for a quote on cleaning my 2 bedroom condo with stairs carpet after my tenant returned the keys. The tenant had a large dog and I was concerned. Krystal was extremely responsive and provided a competitive quote. She had a cancelation and called to asked if she could arrive early. When she arrived, she was professional, worked quickly and neatly, leaving my carpet looking and smelling like new! I received prompt response to my request for service. When provider arrived, I asked about cleaning the sofa. She explained what might be the reason for the look and that cleaning might not result in what I expected. She did not try to pressure me into getting it cleaned and I decided to not have it done. She worked efficiently, had me inspect what was done, and finished in a timely manner. I was pleased with the service and the provider.

I am very satisfied with this company. Krystle called me 40 minutes prior to the window time to give me a heads up that she was on her way to my house. She arrived on time and she was very kind. I was able to use the coupon which was $125 for 5 rooms. But I have decided to clean the half of the master room, bathroom, upstair hallway, stairs and extra bedroom as well. Krystle was so kind and she gave me a good discount. I paid $305 for 5 rooms, living room, stairs( I have two stairs), one bathroom and hallway. This is my 2nd time using this company. I have three kids who makes mess on the carpets. I also had a few spots of dog urine. But, now my carpet looks very clean. I will definitely use this company in the future again.

Hiring Crystal to clean our carpets was great! I was worried about being pushed into more fees, but she was polite, professional and perfect. We did do one upgrade, but we asked for it before she mentioned anything. She was on time and worked fast, did a great job. We would totally hire her again and likely will in the near future.
