Description of Work: Got carpets came out on a deal I purchased from Angies! They were prompt, professional, and courteous! I thought it would be impossible to remove some of the stains due to a new puppy. All I can say is "WOW" and I am very impressed. Krystle did an amazing job and was a very pleasant person to work with! The service was excellent, the pricing was reasonable and the quality was superb! My home was left crisp and fresh, no chemical smells left behind! If you haven't used Got Carpets, you’re missing out my friend!

Description of Work: SHE HAPPILY CLEANED CARPETS. DID OFFER SOME TREATMENTS, BUT DID NOT PUSH. SHE WAS TOTALLY READY TO BEGIN AT HER ARRIVAL, AND DID PLACE BLOCKS UNDER THE FURNITURE PIECES FOR THE DRYING PERIOD. THIS IS A TRUCK MOUNTED STEAM METHOD, AND I PREFER IT DUE TO ME WANTING THE HEAT TO HELP WITH SERILIZING MY CARPETING.

Description of Work: Krystle showed up right on time, was very personable and professional. She did not waste time, nor rush the job. I was very pleased with the job she did.

Description of Work: We have 2 kids and 2 dogs. Our carpets were destroyed with spilled juice and dirty feet to the point we thought we would have to rip it all out and buy new carpet. After got carpets cleaned our floors they were practically brand new again.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 area rugs, bedroom,great room, dining room, office. Added protection and deodorant to the rugs and rooms. Krystal was very nice and professional.

Description of Work: I got the big deal from AL. Tammy had originally scheduled for friday but earlier during the day called and said there was no one avaialbe so had to reshedule to Monday. Krystle showed up on time on Monday and called 30 minutes before as I had requested. She was very thorough and did a good job. Some of the coffee stains were stubborn so I asked to try again to remove it which she said will not work but still tried. The main reason I gave B for price was the small hallway was charged 22.50 as it was not included in the bigdeal.

Description of Work: The tech that showed up did an excellent job. She was upfront about a few stains she could not get to come up, which did not surprise me. The stains in question and just items we have to live with. She suggest a scotch guarding treatment, but the upsell was made almost off-handedly and I certainly did not feel any pressure. I plan on using them in the future.
