Description of Work: Excellent job -- great overall customer service and quality of work. The carpets looked amazing when they were done, hard to do considering it was 10+ years old.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sanitized 3 rooms, 2 halls and a flight of stairs. It went great. The only problem I had was trying to get advice from the company on which coupon I should purchase. I even had the footage for them. Had I realized it would be 200. I should have purchased the more expensive coupon. I received personalized friendly and professional service and would definitely use them again, but I would purchase the more expensive coupon.

Description of Work: They were very professional. Called when there was a cancellation earlier in the day to see if I could make an earlier appt, which was a nice option, even tho I couldn't do it. Arrived on time, did a good job, spent a little extra time on some trouble spots that I pointed out, and were in and out quickly. Just what I needed, and left me with clean, good-smelling carpets. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I was charged my checking acct. before a date could be decided on. I was supposed to have a call back that night or the next day morning. Never received a call. Said there might an opening. If the cost was going to be over $200 each area rug, I would not be able to afford paying price. I could buy new. Please refund as soon as possible. Seems the money was deducted from my acct. as soon as I ordered the service. Please refund that fast. Thanks Rita Ferenc

Description of Work: Got Carpets? arrived promptly and set up to begin work immediately. I had scheduled an appointment with the company due to a coupon from Angie's List that would carpet cleaning 3 rooms for $75, which turned out to be invalid for my circumstances. As it turned out, Got Carpets? was hired last year by a family member (who has a separate Angie's List account) to carpet clean a portion of the home. I was aware of the work but unaware of who was doing the work. And now, I coincidentally (and for the reason listed above) hired Got Carpets? for additional work in a separate portion of the home. Once this was realized, the coupon was invalid. This is a serious inconvenience because I could have hired another carpet cleaning company to take advantage of their coupon. So it was either to turn away Got Carpet? or to accept the full price. Luckily, Krystle Griggie offered to do the work for $99 (down from $135). I accepted and she did fine work. I am satisfied with the work and the negotiated price. However, I hope that these conditions would be more specific in the future. I would consider the family member and myself as first time customers (who have paid for the benefits of Angie's List) and for both of us to be eligible for the $75. I am not trying to scam the company, the money comes from my pocket and to benefit my personal area. Again, the work was good and prompt, but it would not kill them to scoot a bed over without head/foot boards to do a complete job. I can see where this may become an issue not worth their time, but not in my case. I moved the bed over and they cleaned the area underneath. As a result, I paid the $99 from my credit card and I did not use my purchased $75 coupon. For this reason, I would like to receive a refund for the coupon. Respectfully, William Choi
